This is my favorite cake shop! I'm not really a sweets person, but I've been searching for a delicious shortcake for a long time. I've tried them at department stores, established shops, and new places. I was a real cake gypsy! It's a cute shop owned by a woman. My favorites are the tiramisu, shortcake, caramel banana tart, fruit tart, and chestnut Mont Blanc. The chiffon cake was also delicious! Every cake I've tried shows how carefully and lovingly it's made. I hope I can keep enjoying Bake's delicious cakes for a long time to come! It's a popular shop, so it's often sold out by evening.

I took out a carrot cake. The spices were mild, and the frosting was both tart and sweet, but not too much (it was almost like a cream cheese frosting). Personally, I prefer a stronger spice flavor, but the cake was moist, soft, and crumbly, with a nice texture. It felt like a carefully made cake. Next time, I want to try the Mont Blanc and Basque cheesecake. The baked goods also looked delicious!

This might just be a hit! Strawberry Shortcake ¥780 Spring Matcha and Cherry Chocolate Tart ¥680 The strawberry shortcake is delicate, finely textured, and melts in your mouth with elegance. It's clean and balanced, with a refined sweetness in the whipped cream that makes it delicious. The spring tart is a taste sensation! The bold, yet smooth and melting matcha chocolate is topped with a light and fluffy cherry-flavored cream. It's absolutely delicious! I could tell they used high-quality ingredients. I was so torn between what to choose, but I went with the shortcake and the tart this time. I was eyeing the Basque cheesecake and carrot cake, but the strawberries looked too tempting... The shop's atmosphere is lovely, and the staff are kind, friendly, and attentive. The price is a bit on the luxurious side, which is the only downside, hence the four stars. But the taste and size were both fantastic, so I'd definitely come back for another treat when I want to indulge. I went around 1 pm, and they only had one strawberry shortcake left (I wonder if they restock?). There were customers in front and behind me, which made me realize how much people love this place.

But I would have liked a bit more spice. The shop itself is small but stylish. The staff were also very kind.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while, and finally went. The delicious aroma inside the shop instantly made me feel so happy. The hazelnut chocolate cake was incredibly delicious, and I want to try the other cakes too, so I'll definitely go back. On a different day, I bought a banana chiffon cake and a choux pastry, and they were both delicious. The cookies were also delicious 🍪 The choux pastry was filled with cream after I ordered it🫶🏻 I have to try all the cakes here!🤤 Highly recommended 🤍🎄
