I bought Kuma Pan (Bear Bread) and Milky Bread! Kuma Pan has cream inside and the dough is chewy and delicious. It's also cute! Milky Bread is also fluffy and chewy, and it becomes crispy when toasted, making it even more delicious. It's the kind of bread you want to eat for breakfast every day. The bear bread sculpture in front of the store is a landmark!

I was drawn in by the Kuma (bear) sign, it felt like it was looking at me. This is in Ningyocho, but it feels like Tsukiji! I bought a Milky Bread and a cream bun. I tore off the bear's ears and ate them, haha. The homemade custard cream bun was gentle and comforting. It's great that it's right by the station.

I visited this bakery several times because I wanted to try their bear-shaped cream bun, which is featured on their sign. I always thought they were sold out, but this time I was able to buy one. Maybe I overlooked the smaller size before. It was a delicious cream bun with a gentle sweetness. It was so cute. I also bought a dark cherry Danish. I want to try other things too. The shop is small and has a one-way system for entering and exiting. It might be confusing for first-time visitors, so it might be difficult to shop if you're not familiar with it. It's a cute little bakery.

I had only heard of Orimine Bakers by name. When I happened to be in the Suitengu area, I saw that there was one in Ningyocho as well, so I decided to go in and buy something. The shop is located on the corner of the main street that leads to Ningyocho Station, with a large bear statue hanging outside, so it's almost impossible to miss. However, the interior is a narrow, passageway-like space that runs from the entrance to the back, which is a bit of a challenge for someone like me who likes to browse and ponder what to buy. Especially for my first visit, when I didn't know the lineup, the atmosphere of the shop felt a bit overwhelming, but luckily there were no other customers. Perhaps because I went in with the expectation of a "famous shop," the appearance of the bread was rather ordinary and nothing particularly caught my eye. I had the impression that their bread was famous, so I wanted to buy some, but since I had been eating bread for a while, I decided to try something different and bought half a baguette, which is a hard bread. I also hesitated between the Viennoise Milk (milk French bread) and the Cube Custard, and ultimately chose the Cube Custard. The shop's lineup seems to be focused on the classics, so it might be good for everyday meals. I was a little disappointed (sorry!) when I left the shop, but my opinion changed for the better after I tried the bread! The baguette was delicious as expected, but the Cube Custard was outstanding!! The softness of the bread when you pick it up is one thing, but when you put it in your mouth, it has no "bread-like" feel, it's like pudding🍮. My friend who bought the Viennoise Milk also said that while the bread dough wasn't her preferred texture, the cream was delicious and that the cream goes well with that texture. Although they are slightly different types, both were cream-based and had a soft, milky bread dough, which was delicious. The hard bread was also good, but I'll remember this shop as a soft bread and cream shop. I definitely want to try their bread next time.

I was drawn in by the adorable Rilakkuma-style bear bread sign and couldn't resist going inside. They had cream buns shaped like the bear on the sign, so I bought one. The bread was filled with a gentle custard cream and was delicious. I also bought some savory bread and anko bread. The sign was incredibly effective, I was drawn in and couldn't help but peek inside, and ended up going in. I went on a weekend and it was empty, but I think it's probably quite busy on weekdays due to the location.
