It was before dinner time on a weekday, so it was empty. The air conditioning inside was so strong that it was cold, so I chose a terrace seat. Ordering from a QR code is nice because you can do it at your own pace. Maybe because it was empty, but the food came out quickly. The patty had a good meaty flavor, and the bun had a slight sweetness, but it was an easy-to-eat burger that didn't overwhelm the burger's contents. For this season, the soup that came with the burger was served cold. It was a delicious meal.

Directly connected to Roppongi Station! I visited "Hills Cafe/Space"! Located on the 2nd floor of the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower Hillside, right in front of the movie theater, this cafe regularly hosts events. It's operated by "Transit General Office," led by Sadahiro Nakamura, known as a darling of the food and beverage industry, who is also behind "Bills." As mentioned earlier, the cafe is used for events, so it has an open and airy atmosphere. Roppongi is notorious for being a cafe desert, but with 96 seats, this cafe has a large capacity, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time. This time, I had a late lunch and ordered the "Melty Cheese and Tuna Hot Sandwich" for ¥1,400. The hot sandwich, a golden combination of cheese and tuna, had a nice contrast between the crispy texture of the melted cheese and the soft texture inside. On weekdays, a drink is included, which is a nice bonus! The staff was also very hospitable, and I had a warm and cozy time, even though it was short. I would definitely like to visit again! Thank you for the delicious meal.

The menu is packed with healthy options, and there are even vegetarian choices. Above all, it's satisfying to be able to enjoy a stylish and affordable meal, even solo, in the heart of Roppongi Hills. The weekly lunch featured a delicious dish of pan-fried mackerel in a light broth, served with a generous portion of fresh vegetables. The crisp salad was followed by a warming soup, and the tender, thick mackerel paired perfectly with the hearty brown rice. It's a menu that truly nourishes the body.

Before seeing the Roppongi illuminations, I arrived early and did some window shopping. This restaurant was relatively empty, so I decided to visit. *Note: Although it was relatively empty, there was still a bit of a wait. All the shops in the Hills are crowded.* I ordered the Pork Loin with Herb Breadcrumbs and Balsamic Sauce for 1350 yen. The pork loin was cooked perfectly, and the aroma of the breadcrumbs and the slightly sweet and sour scent of the balsamic vinegar were exquisite. Rice is also available. The soup was pumpkin, which was sweet and easy to drink.

This review was posted on November 4, 2023. I happened to walk by and saw an event taking place. It seems the cafe is not only open for business but also available as a rental space. It was a ReFa roller event. While the cafe space doesn't feel particularly large during regular business hours, it feels spacious without the chairs and tables! There was a lot of foot traffic, so I think it would be a good location for promotions.
