I was invited to a precious table and made my first visit. Apparently, I heard that you'll be completely full, so I skipped lunch and went for it. The dishes were brought out, and the first thing I thought was that the portions were huge! The flavors were layered with the umami of various ingredients, creating a harmonious blend. The moderate richness made me crave wine. It truly evoked the feeling of a genuine bistro. The freshly sliced ham had a raw texture, and the sweetness of the melon and the saltiness of the ham were a perfect match. I could have eaten it forever. The famous charcuterie, enjoyed with bread, was so satisfying that it alone could have filled me up. The spices were well-balanced, and even the strong flavors of liver and blood were elevated to a level of deliciousness. The confit of Ayu (sweetfish) was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I could eat the whole thing. The saltiness and the aroma of olive oil made me crave wine. The roasted duck breast had incredibly fragrant and delicious duck fat. The vegetables were pan-fried in this fat, making them incredibly flavorful. It was a simple yet satisfying dish in terms of both taste and quantity. And even the final dessert was incredibly delicious... The peach compote perfectly brought out the sweetness of the peach, and the blancmange added richness and smoothness, creating a rich yet refreshing dessert. The level of perfection was off the charts... My stomach was bursting from all the wine and food, and it felt amazing! I definitely want to go back! Thank you for the delicious meal.

A popular bistro located just a 2-minute walk from Ningyocho Station's A1 exit. Chef Kameyama, who honed his skills in France, runs the entire operation solo. Opened in 2019, it has earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand for four consecutive years, from 2021 to 2024. Reservations for 2024 are already fully booked, making it one of the most sought-after and difficult-to-book bistros in Tokyo. Reservations for 2025 will be accepted in October. Each dish is generously portioned and served in quantities for the entire group. It's recommended to order 3-4 appetizers, a main course, and dessert. On this occasion, we enjoyed 4 appetizers, 1 main course, and 2 desserts, along with drinks, for a total of around 100,000 yen for 6 people. As the chef handles everything alone, be aware that the entire dining experience can take around 5 hours. Every dish was delicious, and the chef's personality and the restaurant's ambiance made the 5 hours fly by! The menu changes seasonally, and with so many tempting options and generous portions, it's impossible to try everything in one sitting. I'm eager to return and sample more of their offerings! It was absolutely delicious. Thank you for the wonderful meal! ❰Menu❱ Appetizers - Freshly sliced prosciutto - Dungeness crab and celeriac mousse with crustacean jelly - Warm white asparagus salad - Corn cream soup Main Course - Roasted Ezo deer Desserts - Financier - Mont Blanc

This popular restaurant is so hard to get a reservation at. It's a famous restaurant that has earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and I wanted to try it at least once. The chef handles everything by himself, serving a maximum of 10 people. Since there's only one seating, it takes time for the food to arrive. You can enjoy the leisurely atmosphere while sipping wine and savoring the delicious food. It's a place where you can enjoy the time as much as the food. The portions are incredibly large! 😂 This bistro is perfect for those who can eat a lot. If you're a light eater, you might want to skip it. This time, I was able to get a reservation through a regular customer who booked a course. The restaurant has a counter and table seating. It was a coincidence, but everyone in the restaurant was a woman! 🤣 It was a girls' night out. We had four appetizers, one main course, and one dessert. We finished two bottles of sparkling wine and white wine, and had red wine by the glass. The bottles were mostly around ¥8,000. The total bill, including food and drinks, came out to around ¥20,000. ・ Prosciutto (¥1,800) ・ Snow Crab and Celery Root Mousse with Shellfish Jelly (¥3,900) ・ Special Corn Cream Soup (¥3,900) ・ Scallop and Taro Cream Gratin (¥3,900) ・ Roasted Duck Breast (¥4,900) ・ Melon Soup (¥1,500) These are just the prices for individual dishes for reference. Each dish is served individually, but the portions are big enough for two people! 😂 However, it's so delicious that you can't help but eat it all. Depending on the course or the menu you choose, you might end up eating a lot! (laughs) It's a hearty and delicious bistro! ❤️ I had a very satisfying dinner. Reservations are said to be two months or more in advance. Thank you for the meal. I want to go back again!(*^^*)

Located in Ningyocho, Nihonbashi, "Un Pas" is a bistro that earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2022 and was named one of the Top 100 Restaurants on Tabelog in 2023. It's one of the most difficult-to-book bistros in Tokyo. The chef trained in Paris and runs the entire operation solo. While the menu focuses on à la carte options, a chef's tasting menu is also available. The portions are among the largest in the country, so much so that the average woman wouldn't be able to finish even half. The meal begins with thinly sliced prosciutto, expertly cut using a Berkel slicer. "You wouldn't be able to appreciate the flavors if you nibbled at it," the chef says, as a magnificent spread of charcuterie is presented. Seasonal specialties like ayu (sweetfish) and rock oysters are another highlight. The charcuterie is exceptional, but tonight, the crab jelly was particularly impressive. Leftovers are packed in containers for guests to take home and savor the next day, a signature Un Pas experience. ★4.0

Overall, this restaurant serves incredibly large portions, so I highly recommend skipping lunch (or even breakfast) before visiting. The flavors are all very intense, making the food feel like it's meant to be enjoyed with alcohol. While this might be unnecessary information, I noticed that everything from serving drinks to cooking and washing dishes is done by a single person. I suspect they prepare larger portions to allow time for washing dishes in between. However, every dish is truly exceptional, and each one feels like it could melt away the day's stress and bring happiness. Thank you for the wonderful meal.
