To be honest, I'm so disappointed I want to demand a refund. It's the worst I've ever experienced, truly the worst. First, there were three male staff members who lacked any energy, enthusiasm, or charm. I should have checked the reviews beforehand, but I didn't. Maybe it's my fault... They had an "Evening Set" with an "Apa Curry Bread", so I decided to splurge and try it. But after one or two bites, it was just not good. I looked around the store and couldn't find a microwave, so I asked the staff. They said, "We can warm it up for you." "Why didn't you ask me that in the first place?" I asked. "Oh, sorry," they replied, with a really rude tone. Then, I had to wait 3-5 minutes! Why so long? I was wondering, and then, they overdid it! When they brought it out, they said, "Sorry for the wait!" Come on, is that how you treat customers? Is that acceptable in Tokyo? When did this become the norm? Is it because of the Toyosu area? The outside of the curry bread was burnt to a crisp. Seriously, this is a scam! You can't serve this kind of curry bread for over 400 yen. If they're seriously serving this, then both San-マルク and Apa are finished. I paid a lot of money, so I ate it all out of frustration, but the aftertaste was bad. I should have left more than half of it. The "Ultimate Choco Cro" was actually delicious, but when you ask if it's worth the extra 160 yen, I'd say maybe up to 80 yen would be reasonable. Maybe it's unfair to compare them to Starbucks staff, but this was the first time I've been treated so poorly and served such bad food. I might never go to San-マルク Cafe again.

The interior is spacious with many large chairs, making it a great place to relax. I find that the staff at this location are generally excellent. In particular, the female staff members in their 30s to 50s provide exceptional service. The food menu is always well-stocked, ensuring that there are always options available. Thank you for the delicious meal. I will definitely be back.

I visited with a friend after lunch. They offer kids' meals for adults too, so I ordered a kids' meal and iced coffee. The kids' meal is a good deal because it comes with a chocolate croissant and you can just eat the soft serve ice cream if you want. However, the drink is orange juice, so you might want to order coffee instead. The store has been renovated and looks nice and clean.

The shop was renovated in May. It wasn't very crowded today because it was a weekday, but it tends to get busy on weekends. I usually order the maron (chestnut) Danish with soft serve ice cream, but today I tried the new matcha parfait. It has soft serve and matcha ice cream on top, and cornflakes and agar jelly on the bottom. It was as delicious as I expected, lighter than the Danish, and perfect for a hot summer day.

I love Sanマルクカフェ and frequently visit other locations. I went on a Sunday morning, but I was disappointed by the staff's attitude. They seemed more focused on their own pace than on serving customers. Additionally, none of the staff members were smiling. I understand that they may be busy at the LaLaport, but as a Sanマルク fan, I hope they can improve in the future. The chocolate croissant: The Christmas version had cute packaging.
