I'm really disappointed that the cake shop didn't put my cake in a bag. The box didn't even have a handle! ( ゚ε゚;) The staff weren't very polite either.

I purchased from this store because the local one closed down. The cake and tart sections are separated, and there's a tape barrier in front of the display cases, so to buy both, I had to move between the display cases separated by a pillar through a narrow space. When I asked for the name of the two remaining tarts in the display case, the staff member who was assisting the customer in front of me silently and quickly packed them into a box. I wish they had mentioned that another customer had already purchased them. The staff member who was assisting me offered to cut the tart if I had time, but I declined because I had luggage and it would have been difficult to wait. They then aggressively recommended a similar tart. I was getting tired of choosing other products, so I bought that one, but I felt rushed from the moment I ordered, which made me feel uncomfortable. I never want to shop here again.

The cake's taste doesn't justify the price. Convenience store sweets are half the price and twice as delicious. The Mont Blanc barely contains any chestnuts. It tasted like a butter cream cake. Not just the Mont Blanc, but overall, I feel like they're trying to cut costs. That's the impression I got from the taste.

I went there at exactly 9 pm thinking it was open until 10 pm, but they were operating with shortened hours due to the pandemic and turned me away. They probably had leftover cake, so they could have just let me buy some… What a stingy store. And how long are they going to keep blaming everything on COVID? Well, I guess they can just keep operating with shortened hours forever.
