A whiskey bar located in Gransta Tokyo. It has standing space and seating inside. The seating inside is a bit cramped, but the interior is calm with a black theme, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle of the station. I went there for lunch and a drink. I had herring sashimi, horse sashimi, and shrimp spring rolls, all of which were delicious. The service was also fast, which was helpful. They have a wide variety of whiskeys, so I think it's a place that can be enjoyed by both whiskey beginners and experts.
The shops inside Tokyo Station tend to close early, but this one stays open past 10 PM, which is a lifesaver for a quick drink after work. It's also a standing bar, so it's easy to go solo. The prices are reasonable, and I enjoyed the drinks and snacks. (*ノω'*)
I visited during the three-day weekend before Obon. I was seated in the back of the restaurant, which was incredibly cramped. It's understandable given the location, but it was a struggle to sit down without bumping into the table next to me. They had a wide selection of alcohol, including Ichiro's Malt, which was a pleasant surprise. They also had a decent variety of gins, and the dry gin and tonic was very refreshing on a hot day.
A Japanese whisky specialty store located in Gransta Tokyo, inside Tokyo Station. They have a vast selection, making it a fun and challenging experience to choose from! I visited late on a weekend, and there were quite a few people inside, giving the impression of a hidden gem. The store also displays whisky bottles, making it enjoyable to browse. Since I had already eaten, I ordered a mixed nuts snack and enjoyed a highball. I was served by a young woman who was in training, but she was very polite and friendly. If you want to relax and have a drink in the station, this is a great place to visit!^^
It always quenches my thirst. The premium highball is delicious. The blend, glass, and mixing are perfect. The price is currently 450 yen for a standing highball. Standing highball. Is it the glassware, or the balance, that makes it so delicious until the last drop? It quenches my thirst for 350 yen!! A wonderful place. It went up to 400 yen in April. Still, it's inexpensive and I'm grateful. A well-balanced, carefully crafted highball. When made by a professional, it's simply exquisite!
