Despite the place being empty and the staff looking idle, the hot dog sausage and bun were both cold. The customer service was also terrible, with the staff not using polite language, handing me the food with one hand, placing coins on a smooth plastic soy milk card, and making me hold the food while I waited. Even without going into the details, it was awful. After reading other comments, I decided not to use the restroom. Tully's restrooms are often dirty, even at other locations. A few months ago, a female staff member was very kind and polite. Overall, Starbucks coffee isn't that delicious, but I rarely have a bad experience with the staff, and the restrooms aren't as bad as Tully's. I wish the coffee was a bit better.

The restroom was absolutely filthy! There was black mold and the water fixtures were disgusting. Do they even have anyone who cleans here? I've never seen a cafe this dirty. The hand soap wasn't even refilled, and the place was practically empty, yet nobody seemed to notice. It's unbelievable.

The drinks are classic and reliable. On my recent visit, I was captivated by the changes to the food menu, with so many tempting options. I've become a fan of their pancakes.

On weekdays in the morning (around 8:00 AM), both the smoking and non-smoking sections are usually empty. You can enjoy a relaxing time in the cool, air-conditioned space with soothing music. I recommend either the sofa seating or the tables along the street.

The staff was incredibly bright, energetic, and friendly. I was particularly impressed with their diligent sanitization practices, especially important during these times. Of course, the food was delicious, and I had a very comfortable morning here.
