At over ¥60,000 per person, it's a very bold Ginza price, but the interior is rather plain for a Ginza establishment. The sushi is decent, but for that price, there are many other delicious restaurants out there. The chef is friendly and nice, but the proprietress's service is a bit confusing. As others have mentioned, she doesn't smile, so I thought it would be better if she were a little more friendly, considering it's a restaurant. I wouldn't say I'd want to go back.

This was truly divine sushi, a taste that can only be described as the work of a sushi god. For an hour and a half, I was in a state of pure bliss, eagerly anticipating each new piece of sushi as it was presented before me. This was the first time in my life that I had experienced such anticipation and joy. Among them, the medium fatty tuna and sea urchin were so delicious that they melted in my mouth the moment I took a bite. Of course, everything else was also incredibly delicious, and if you have any dislikes, they will offer you alternatives. The beer was premium, and the combination of such delicious beer and sushi was simply exquisite. Trust me, it's truly delicious. It's a bit pricey (lunch is 2.4), so make sure you bring enough money.

Theネタ (ネタ is a Japanese word for comedic material) is top-notch. However, the clientele is not great, and theシャリ (シャリ is the vinegared rice used in sushi) is not good.

Everything was so delicious! But the portions were quite large, I was already full by the time I got to the sushi. I arrived at 5:50 pm, but everyone was standing and waiting, and we weren't allowed in until exactly 6:00 pm. The shutter was closed, and we had to wait in a cold hallway. It's good to know this in advance. It felt like everything started at 6:00 pm all at once.

I was lucky enough to snag a reservation and decided to check it out💡. This is a famous restaurant that was in the news after opening, as the chef had previously trained under Aoki-san. Many reviews mentioned the high prices, which made me a little hesitant, but they were actually pretty reasonable‼️ The course menu featured a full Edomae sushi selection, a few appetizers, and a dish with caviar. It felt like the chef was expressing his own way of life through the food, rather than sticking to a rigid format. 👍 Of course, the balance of the expertly prepared ingredients and the vinegared rice was delicious. I was surprised by the blowfish milt with caviar, but the timing of the service was also very attentive. The chef was also very friendly and made for a fun evening. (^○^)
