The interior is a delightful mix of cute, stylish, and casual. The entertainment value, starting with the menu descriptions, and the consistent image created through the presentation of the dishes are all fantastic. The portions are generous, and everything is delicious and easy to understand. While it's French cuisine, it's not overly pretentious, but it has a sophisticated touch, making it a place I'm always happy to revisit. The value for money is excellent considering the atmosphere, quality of food, and service. However, the only slight drawback is the small difference between lunch and dinner. I think dinner could be more enjoyable with a slightly more formal style.
【Celestial Heights】 High Located about a 5-minute walk from Omotesando Station's B2 exit. It's on a high floor of a building, making it a bit hard to find, but as soon as you step out of the elevator, you're instantly enveloped in luxury. The tables on the mezzanine level are bathed in light, creating a sense of openness. The staff are top-notch, and I haven't experienced such entertaining service in a long time. It's pricey, but it's wonderful to have this kind of service as an experience. I learned a lot, but I won't write about it here. I highly recommend you all go and see for yourselves. The restrooms are on the first floor, and they have towels for drying your hands. I love this pattern, it's like a high-end hotel. The food is amazing, and I'd love to go back for dinner. I forgot to take pictures, but they have bread and butter.
A bistro produced by Alain Ducasse. I visited for lunch on a weekday. The reception is on the 10th floor, and you go up to the 11th floor via a spiral staircase. This sense of excitement is great, right? 🥰 I made a reservation through the official website. A course with a welcome drink, two appetizers, a main course, and dessert. The floor manager's explanation of the dishes was so enjoyable! Every dish made me want to try it. I was torn between choices, but ultimately went with the Salade Benoit, chicken liver terrine, grilled squid, and Alain Ducasse's chocolate for dessert. The portions are quite large, so two appetizers might be unnecessary. The salad included nuts and smoked bacon, making it very satisfying. The chicken liver had absolutely no gaminess! The grilled squid was incredibly tender. I was full, but I couldn't resist the dessert ♥️. You can enjoy a leisurely conversation while dining. However, I did notice the staff. It wasn't clear if they were unable or unwilling to help, but I wish they were a bit more efficient. Thank you for the delicious meal 😊
The cooking was just right, the service passionate and attentive. The pork and seafood were perfectly paired with the sauce, and the rum baba dessert was truly delightful! If possible, I would love to visit every time I come to Tokyo!
Bistro Benoit, located in Omotesando, is a bistro produced by Alain Ducasse. The original Benoit opened in Paris in 1912 and was taken over by Alain Ducasse in 2005, expanding to Tokyo and New York. The restaurant boasts a location with windows on three sides. This visit was for a collaborative event with Louis Roederer champagne. The classic bistro dishes are a true delight. The main courses are excellent, but the supporting roles, like the mashed potatoes and stewed beans, are also of high quality.
