A renowned yakiniku restaurant in Higashi-Ginza. You don't need to say much, if you've been there, you know the taste of a long-established restaurant. The place isn't that big, and the LCD TV is wrapped in Saran Wrap. But they serve delicious meat, so I think it's a great place. Here's what I had: - Kimchi - Kakuteki - Senmai sashimi - Tongue - Harami - Sirloin - Yukkejan It's a yakiniku restaurant that focuses on the sauce, so it's best with rice, but it also goes well with beer. The tongue was excellent, but I think the harami was the best. It's truly a happy thing to be able to eat delicious meat. Until I can go again someday.

The restaurant has a retro atmosphere. I ordered a variety of yakiniku dishes. I was expecting a pretty junky sauce flavor, but it was actually cleaner than it looked. The roast was delicious, of course, but personally, I liked the skirt steak the best. It was surprisingly not too fatty, which was good. All that food and drinks came out to about 8,000 yen. I might come back sometime.

Just a one-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station. This place is famous for its melt-in-your-mouth roast beef, nicknamed "Drinkable Roast." Besides the signature "Drinkable Roast," their spicy, garlicky senmai sashimi and mixed-cut beef tongue are also must-orders! ♡ I also love their tender, juicy harami, which is infused with the flavorful sauce. ♡ While I love the tough, flavorful harami with its firm texture, this kind of tender harami is also amazing... When I was a student, I would call constantly to make reservations. Now, it's almost exclusively for regulars, so I'm so grateful to have been invited to this precious table.

This yakiniku restaurant, known for being notoriously difficult to book, has been making waves on social media. This time, a friend managed to win the phone reservation war and took me there. First up was the senmai sashimi. The fresh, crunchy senmai was perfectly coated in a garlic-infused marinade, making it a perfect pairing for drinks. The addition of vinegar miso added a nice contrast to the flavor, creating an addictive taste that was hard to resist. Next came the tongue. It was a balanced selection of tongue, from the root to the tip, with the quality of the root portion being particularly impressive. The tongue itself was incredibly flavorful, but the salt marinade was truly exceptional, making this dish truly unique. After the tongue, the famous roast finally arrived. We ordered enough for eight people, so the plate was piled high with meat, a truly impressive sight. It was placed on the roaster and steamed, ensuring it wasn't overcooked, before being placed on top of white rice. The melt-in-your-mouth texture, the rich, fatty flavor, and the savory sauce all complemented the rice perfectly, leading me to eat three bowls in total. While the reservation process is quite challenging, I definitely plan to visit again whenever I get the chance. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Tokyoen, a restaurant that's notoriously hard to get a reservation at! The roast beef, which is said to be so tender you can drink it, truly lived up to its reputation. The restaurant is small and has a casual atmosphere, but the delicious food explains its popularity. Everything is so good, it's perfect for a large group.
