The Vatican Company is a must-visit spot where you can savor paninis crafted by Italian pizza masters. It's worth the trip! The photos showcase their exquisite panini burger and a salad with wild arugula and prosciutto. The soft panini bread and juicy patty create a unique and addictive combination unlike anything you've tasted before. The paninis are baked quickly in the pizza oven inside the shop, and the perfect fillings make for a delightful experience. The panini menu offers a variety of options, including simple yet delicious choices with wild arugula, prosciutto, and ricotta cheese. They are also quite filling. After enjoying a panini, you can head to the neighboring cafe (Route Books) for a relaxing coffee break or a casual business meeting. They also offer takeaway options like focaccia and rustic Italian bread.

A hidden gem tucked away in a back alley, this stylish atelier-turned-panini and pizzeria is unlike anything I've seen in Japan. The pizza is cloud-like, melting in your mouth. I've tried a lot of pizza, but this might be the best in Tokyo. The crème brûlée is so good, you'd think it came from a specialty shop. It melts in your mouth with a delightful crispy top. I might be gushing, but every dish is a work of art, infused with passion. The owner is also very friendly and funny. I don't want it to get too popular, but I want everyone to know about this place. Currently, they only offer takeout, but you can call ahead and they'll have your order ready.

A friend's Facebook post raved about this place, so I came to see for myself. It was all true! This delicious panino is made with the same Neapolitan pizza dough that the pizza chefs use for their own meals. You can watch them make it, and just seeing the process makes your mouth water. They serve San Pellegrino Limonata as a drink.

Nestled amidst a lush green expanse in the Route Common area, you'll find "Fatican Panino." This hidden gem offers authentic Neapolitan-style bread, paninis, pizzas, and more. You can enjoy your meal in the adjacent cafe, which is also surrounded by greenery. The Margherita pizza is so soft and flavorful, it might just redefine your concept of pizza. If you're lucky, you might even stumble upon a hidden menu item. It's best to check their social media beforehand. The relaxed atmosphere and the casual vibe of the patrons make this place feel like a true hidden gem. It's hard to find such a peaceful oasis in the heart of Tokyo.

I tried a panino for the first time, and it was delicious! The dough was chewy, and the combination of salty salami and mushrooms was perfectly balanced.
