I visited around 11 am on a holiday and it was empty, so I was able to get in right away. I had a cafe latte and a cookie. The cafe latte was deep and delicious, and the cookie had a simple flavor. The service was polite and good.
This place is popular with foreign tourists, and you'll likely have to wait in line on weekends, regardless of the time. The interior is relatively spacious with plenty of seating, creating a lively atmosphere. Both the coffee and sweets are delicious, so I recommend ordering both. At night, each table is adorned with candles, transforming the space into a charming restaurant-like setting. The lighting inside becomes dim. Weekends during the day are crowded, so I recommend visiting in the evening or on weekdays. There are also outdoor seats, so you might enjoy sitting outside on a nice day or depending on the temperature.
I arrived around 11 am, so there were hardly any people and I was able to enter smoothly. The store also sells original goods like Cafe Kitsune cups and tote bags. I was hot, so I had gelato, and the strawberry flavor was delicious. I want to stop by again when I go to Miyashita Park.
The café (located in MIYASHITA PARK North 2F) is run by the apparel brand Maison Kitsuné. I heard it gets crowded on weekends, but I was able to relax there from 11:00 am to a little after 12:30 pm. *If it's full, you can take your order to go and enjoy it on a bench in Miyashita Park. The prices are a bit on the higher side, so it's a good place to treat yourself or meet up with friends. ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ ■ Store Name Café Kitsuné Shibuya ■ Business Hours 11:00 am - 9:00 pm (Last order 8:30 pm) ■ Closed Days Irregular ■ Access 5-minute walk from Shibuya Station ■ Other Cards accepted / No power outlets or Wi-Fi / Takeout available ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
Located in Shibuya Miyashita Park, on the second floor. It's smaller and more casual than the Aoyama flagship store, but the Japanese-inspired interior is lovely. The photo is of the seasonal matcha frozen drink. It's a frozen version of their popular matcha latte! I love their regular matcha latte for its rich flavor, and this frozen version was just as delicious. Their French toast is chewy and has a good bite. It's very satisfying and a perfect combination. 😋 Miyashita Park is relatively empty on weekdays in the morning, and this cafe is a great place to relax. The entrance is all glass with large windows, so it's bright and cheerful on sunny days.
