This is a restaurant that made me regret not knowing about it sooner. It was my first visit, so I started with the course menu and then ordered some additional items. However, it wasn't that the course wasn't filling enough, but rather that the combination of the wine and the course menu was so good that both the food and the drinks went down smoothly, leaving me wanting more. The à la carte menu is designed for ordering in a way that allows you to request specific dishes, such as "I'd like to have the asparagus grilled." The owner is a certified sommelier, so you can feel confident in asking for wine recommendations. He also sells wine, and the selection is diverse and reasonably priced. I honestly felt that the food and drinks were worth more than what they were priced at. I thoroughly enjoyed them. Usually, I take a lot of pictures, but the food was so good that I forgot to take any. The owner runs the restaurant single-handedly, so it's best to make a reservation. I was able to revisit the restaurant, so I've added some photos.

There was no menu, so we told them what we wanted to eat from the day's ingredients, and they prepared a course for us for around 5,000 yen. They suggested what kind of dishes we might like during the ordering process, which made me excited to imagine what would come out. The food was very delicious and meticulously prepared! They had unusual meats like ostrich and rabbit. I definitely want to go back.

The à la carte menu lets you choose your dishes from a selection of ingredients! It's fun and delicious. I'd love to try the course menu next time!

This Italian restaurant, with a Japanese twist, is a must-visit for seafood lovers. Their meat dishes, including beef, lamb, and ostrich, are also delicious. The smoked ayu (sweetfish) and sea squirt, as well as the spring ginger pasta served from spring to autumn, are exquisite. This rare establishment offers an impressive selection of wines, sake, and beer. The cozy atmosphere makes it a comfortable space for solo diners. It's also a great place to spend time with loved ones and friends. It's best to call ahead before visiting. If you're visiting on the day, it's a good idea to call and inquire about availability for a smoother experience.

The chef will create a dish based on your choice of ingredients and your mood. You can choose to pair it with wine or sake. The wine selection is affordable and delicious, and the master sommelier, who was wearing a sommelier badge, was very knowledgeable and gave a fun explanation! They also had non-alcoholic wine. The food was a series of carefully crafted dishes. This is a great place to enjoy a quiet and delicious evening. It's perfect for a solo dinner or a date. Since it's a one-person operation with limited seating, reservations are essential. This time I just wanted a light drink, but I'll definitely be back for dinner next time!
