I visited for lunch at noon on a weekday. I made a reservation in advance for the lunch course. It's located on the 5th floor of the Roppongi Hills West Walk. The lunch time was very lively. I was seated at a table in a private room-like area in the back. ★Omakase Lunch Course ¥4,950 Main dish and 4 other dishes ★Drink ¥880 The appetizer featured a shot of soup in the center, surrounded by small bites arranged like a clock, making it very photogenic! It included fruit tomatoes, mashed potatoes, and rich, deep-fried fritters with gorgonzola sauce. Each bite had a different texture and richness, making it a fun appetizer. After that, we had warm, fluffy bread with a stamp on it, served with olive oil. Next came the bolognese pasta. The noodles were very chewy and delicious. The main course was chicken with corn, turnip, and other vegetables. The chicken was incredibly tender and juicy, not greasy at all, and very healthy. The dessert plate was also very beautiful and colorful. Payment was possible with various cashless options, including PayPay. The atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

We dropped by for an early dinner and the restaurant was still empty. The atmosphere was quiet, and while I wasn't eavesdropping, I couldn't help but notice the excellent way the waitstaff greeted us. Their guidance to younger staff members and their interactions with the kitchen staff instilled a sense of confidence. I was also pleased that they asked if we preferred individual plates or a large platter with serving dishes when we ordered. The fresh fish carpaccio, featuring Hokkaido wild sea bream, was infused with a delightful olive oil aroma. The dish was adorned with seasonal edible chrysanthemum petals and orange-colored bottarga, offering a symphony of flavors. The pasta was chewy and reminiscent of handmade fresh noodles, while the gnocchi was soft and subtly sweet, made with a higher proportion of potatoes and less flour. The flavorful sauce, with its robust seasoning, would surely appeal to those who enjoy a drink. Despite the affordable prices, the food was well-prepared, and the service was exceptional. We will definitely return. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Even though I feel a bit out of place, I keep coming back for the amazing food, both in terms of presentation and taste! The friendly service is a great bonus, and I'm always grateful for the chef's warm farewell. I can't wait to see what delicious dishes await me next time. This is a restaurant that truly excites me.

Barilla x IW100: Barilla Lasagna Week In honor of International Lasagna Day on July 29th, 〈National Lasagna Day〉 is being held. Among the 12 original lasagnas created by the creative chefs of "TALIAN WEEK 100," "Dalmat, Roppongi Hills" offers a masterpiece called "Granchio (Crab)" by Chef Tokunaga, who is in charge of the restaurant. I had the pleasure of trying it, and it was truly remarkable. The lasagna consists of 10 layers, with alternating layers of crab bisque and béchamel sauce infused with crab paste. The sauce and the accompanying crab claws are generously filled with crab meat. The rich béchamel sauce and the fragrant crab broth blend together harmoniously, creating a truly delightful experience. The spicy tomato sauce complements the dish perfectly, making it ideal for the hot summer. I would love to have this limited-time offering again. It was truly unforgettable. 🇮🇹 Lasagna is a traditional dish from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy and is beloved worldwide. Take this opportunity to savor this special limited-time lasagna. I also tried the chicken breast pasta from the regular menu, which was a refreshing cold noodle dish reminiscent of chilled Chinese noodles. As always, Dalmat's pasta dishes are definitely worth trying. Thank you for the delicious meal.
