The crispy exterior gave way to a juicy, tofu-like tenderness in the chicken breast cutlet, bursting with flavor in my mouth! It was pure deliciousness! This cutlet completely redefined my understanding of chicken breast cutlets. It was cooked through while retaining its moisture, resulting in a tender texture that made it impossible to stop at just one. They provide a small dish for dipping sauce or salt, allowing you to enjoy it your way. Personally, I highly recommend trying the chicken breast cutlet with salt. The perfectly balanced breading and juicy meat are best appreciated with a simple sprinkle of salt. I've been here several times, but I've never ordered anything other than the chicken breast cutlet (laughs). I always intend to try the pork cutlet next time, but I can't resist the allure of this chicken breast cutlet. It's truly addictive!
This is a cutlet shop that has been featured in the Michelin Guide in the past. I visited at 11:30 am for lunch and was lucky to find no line. *There was a line when I finished eating.* The signature dish is the chicken breast cutlet, so I ordered the mixed fry, which includes chicken breast, fillet, and menchi. Rice and cabbage are refillable. Of course, the cutlets were crispy and juicy, but the chicken breast cutlet was incredibly soft and fluffy, unlike any I've ever had before. I can't believe I lived so close and never tried it before... Even if you're not a big fan of cutlets, you have to try this chicken breast cutlet at least once. It's a reward lunch that I'll definitely be repeating. ✨
I visited in the evening and there was a 20-minute wait with three groups ahead of me. I had loved the food at the Ginza branch, so this time I went to the Roppongi main branch. I ordered the special pork loin cutlet and chicken breast cutlet, and I highly recommend trying the chicken breast cutlet—it’s a must! Before the meal, they serve shredded cabbage, and each table has its own sauce. The cabbage is refillable.
◆ Comment This tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlet) restaurant is located in Roppongi 🥢. I visited for lunch 🐈. It's one of the lunch spots in Roppongi that has a line. They are meticulous about the oil, breading, and cooking, and I was told that it would change my concept of chicken breast, so I had to try it. Here's what I ordered ✍️: - Chicken Breast Cutlet Set - ¥1,100 It looked incredibly beautiful. The crispy texture and the aroma of the fried chicken were incredibly appetizing. Is this how tender and juicy chicken breast can be? It's worth the wait. I was quite impressed. You can eat it with sauce, salt, or ponzu sauce with grated daikon radish. I recommend checking it out for lunch in Roppongi 🐈. Location: Within walking distance from Roppongi Station Interior: A calm, Japanese-style space Seating: Counter, tables, private rooms Customer base: Nearby office workers and OLs Other: Also has a location in Ginza ◆ Situation Lunch for one: ◎ Set meal lunch: ◎
I went to try the famous "sasami katsu" (chicken breast cutlet) based on the buzz and reviews 😋 Of course, I ordered the "Specialty Sasami Katsu Set" 🍴. I also added a "Garlic Loin Katsu" 😁. Wow! I was surprised 👀‼️ The sasami katsu was so incredibly tender! The thin batter didn't interfere with the tenderness of the chicken, it was perfect 👍. I dipped it in a little salt and ate it. It was truly delicious 😆💮. The garlic loin katsu had a generous amount of garlic sandwiched inside, perfect for garlic lovers ✨. Hmm, I think I enjoyed it more with the sauce than the dipping sauce that came with it 😉. It was very satisfying 🙆. Rice and cabbage are refillable 😊. It was truly as delicious as the buzz and reviews said 😍🎵. Thank you for the meal 😌.
