I dined at this restaurant. It's incredibly convenient, located right in front of the B3 exit of Nihonbashi Station. You take a retro elevator up to the 8th floor of the Takashimaya Main Building. I ordered fish meunière, beer, and white wine that day. The menu prices are all around ¥2,000 to ¥3,000, which is a bit pricey, but considering the atmosphere and service charge, I think it's a reasonable price. The meunière was tender and had a good amount of fish. You could choose between bread or rice. I was happy they served alcohol. It's important to note that last orders are at 8 pm. I'd like to visit again to try their parfait.

This place has a classic, old-fashioned feel with a menu of traditional Western dishes. I went there for the parfait after my meal. They had a Valentine's Day special, so I decided on that right away. It was a cute-looking parfait! You can also add a drink for an extra 440 yen, which is very reasonable. The seasonal special right now is strawberries! The clientele is also very calm, so it's a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I went on a weekend and there was a line, but this time I went on a weekday so there was no wait and the restaurant wasn't too crowded, which was great. I'll definitely be going back regularly.

However, around 12:00 PM when we left, the restaurant was full with 5-6 groups waiting. 【Order】 Hayashi Rice (¥2,460) 【Review】 The service varies greatly depending on the staff member. Some were attentive, pulling out chairs and explaining the dishes thoroughly, while others were not at all. Considering the restaurant's somewhat formal atmosphere, I would expect a more consistent level of service. The Hayashi Rice was delicious, with a rich, bitter flavor that appealed to adults. However, at ¥2,500 including salad and soup, it felt a bit pricey. I guess it's the price you pay for being in a high-end department store like Takashimaya. The restaurant is incredibly popular, and I had high expectations, but I was ultimately disappointed. Thank you for the meal.

This place serves delicious peach parfaits that are perfect for cooling down on a hot day.🍑 The layers of the parfait are so fun to eat!🎵 -------------------------------------------------- The atmosphere here is so much more relaxed than the main branch, which I think contributes to customer satisfaction. They also have original limited-time menu items, which is great! The staff is very kind. This place is popular with people of all ages! It's always crowded.🎵 The shrimp sandwich is highly recommended. It's light and not heavy at all.

I was in the neighborhood for work, so I went to the Shiseido Parlour in Takashimaya in Nihonbashi. I really wanted to try their omelet rice, so I ordered it. It's truly beautiful! It's a work of art! And the taste is truly delicious. It's not flashy, but the balance of the rice and egg flavors is perfect!
