For a stylish Italian lunch in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, we decided to try "Due Cuori," a place I'd been wanting to visit for a while. They offer three lunch sets: ¥1,500, ¥2,950, and ¥4,200. While the prices are a bit on the higher side for lunch, even the cheapest set includes pasta, salad, and focaccia. I went for the ¥1,500 set, which offered a choice of two pastas. I chose the chicken ragù bianco and mushroom spaghetti. This spaghetti was quite delicious. The thick noodles were perfectly paired with the flavorful, light mushroom sauce, making it easy to devour. The atmosphere was also great, making for a lovely lunch. ▽--------------------------▽ ○Restaurant Name: Due Cuori ○Tabelog Rating: 3.26 (as of September 17, 2024) ○7-minute walk from Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station ○Lunch Budget: ¥2,000 per person ○Address: 1F, JS Fukagawa Takabashi Building, 14-20 Takahashi, Koto-ku, Tokyo ○Business Hours: 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM / 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM ※Closed on Mondays ※Credit cards accepted ※No children under school age allowed △--------------------------△ 【Reservations】 Possible 【Recommended for】 Coworkers, friends, couples, families 【Crowds】 Only one other customer at 11:40 AM on a Tuesday. The pasta here was absolutely delicious! I had a fantastic lunch here. There are three lunch options, and I chose the ¥1,500 one this time. * Focaccia * Salad * Pasta of the day (Shrimp and Scallion Arrabbiata) The focaccia was fluffy and chewy, and the salad was fresh. The pasta was amazing. It was packed with plump shrimp, which made me so happy. The crisp texture and aroma of the scallions were also great. The interior is very simple, which I love. I want to come back here for dinner next time. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I visited for lunch on a weekday. The weather wasn't great, so maybe it was just a coincidence, but I was the only customer there that day. It was like a private dining experience. I chose the lunch set C. It came with appetizers, a pasta dish with sakura shrimp, and duck for the main course. The appetizers were a four-piece assortment, and they were all delicious. I tried the baby octopus in tomato sauce for the first time (I always thought it was a Japanese ingredient). It was so good, I was surprised. The pasta was also great. It had a lot of sakura shrimp, some boiled and some lightly breaded and fried, so the textures and flavors were different. The aroma of the sakura shrimp filled the air as soon as the plate was placed on the table, so I could enjoy the scent while eating. The duck was marinated well, so it had no gamey taste. The sauce was also delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I visited around 1 pm on a rainy Saturday, and the restaurant was about 70% full. ☺️ The pasta was absolutely delicious! 🍝❤️ The appetizers were also carefully prepared, and I was impressed. 🥺

I visited for lunch on a weekday. About half of the seats had reservation signs, so it's recommended to make a reservation if you want to be sure of getting a seat. I ordered the ParanzoB set. The appetizers included grilled bamboo shoots with prosciutto, green asparagus panna cotta, marinated gizzard shad with couscous salad, and roast beef. Everything was delicious, but the grilled bamboo shoots were particularly flavorful. For pasta, I could choose between cherry shrimp, fresh tomato, and arugula aglio olio, or new bamboo shoot Bolognese. Both pastas were delicious. The staff was a bit curt, so it might not be suitable for those expecting attentive service. The fact that they only accept cash for payment was a bit disappointing, but the food was delicious and the price was reasonable. I'm looking forward to trying the dessert next time.
