This is a great place for honey lovers! They have about three different sizes of honey jars with lids. I bought two small jars to try. You can sample the honey you're interested in. There are benches inside and outside where you can sit and enjoy drinks or ice cream. The staff is very friendly and I had a wonderful time.
Today's sweet treat: a double scoop of gelato from #beefriendship. I chose #honeymilk and #meadraisin. This gelato is made by a honey shop, and they drizzle honey on top for you. I didn't really taste any alcohol in the mead. I heard it's the oldest alcoholic beverage in the world, but I'm a lightweight so I don't know much about it. The shop is filled with honey-based products: baked goods, mead, honey, jams, dressings, comb honey, and more. You can even try samples of the honey, which is fun. I was interested in the linden honey, but they only had one size and my bag was too small today, so I had to pass. I bought 50g of the wisteria honey instead, because I love purple. I also got a dressing. The cola sounds interesting too! #sweettooth #sweets #dessert #sweet #dessert #sweetsclub #snack #tokyofood #tokyosweets #kiyosumishirakawa #icecream #gelato #honey #honeylover #honeyshop #beefriendshipcafehoneystand
I stopped by for some lemonade on a hot day when I was thirsty. It was delicious with a good fizz, but I wished there was a bit more. I also got some gelato to go, and the honey was so rich and flavorful. I enjoyed all the flavors.
A honey specialty store located on a street a short walk from the station. I was drawn in by its cute exterior and was able to try some delicious honey. I later found out that their smoothies are only available in Kiyosumi Shirakawa. ⋯ 𝕄𝕖𝕟𝕦 ・Sakura Gelato 500 yen Limited time offer. A gentle flavor with a light floral aroma. ⋯ ℕ𝕠𝕥𝕖 ・Electronic money payments accepted. ・There are chairs inside and outside the store, but it's a small store so you may end up eating standing up.
I had the apricot and lemon gelato. The double scoop for 590 yen seemed a bit pricey, but it was very delicious.
