"Shortcake" is one of the signature items, a favorite of the chef himself. The milkiness of the body is firmly felt, while the whipped cream is light and airy, and the genoise is very moist. The strawberries are arranged flat, creating a balanced shape and flavor, making it a classic. The overall impression is moist and smooth. This is a dish that shows the owner-chef's dedication. The powdered sugar on top of the strawberries is also cute. From the French classics, a tart. "Tarte Trois" features a well-baked tart crust with a moist almond cream infused with pistachio. On top of that, American cherries and pistachio cream. A seasonal treat that allows you to enjoy the sweetness of the cherries, the freshness of the pistachio, and the nutty flavor of the almond. From the choux pastry, "Saint-Honoré Fraise Pistache." A choux pastry filled with strawberry jelly and pastry cream, topped with pistachio cream. A reasonable arrangement of the French traditional pastry, allowing you to enjoy the pistachio cream, strawberry jelly, and choux pastry. The pastry is soft and supple, yet resilient. The red and green color balance is also beautiful.

This is a Western confectionery shop located in Kiyosumi Shirakawa. I had passed by it before, but it was a popular shop and the store was crowded. I was very disappointed that I couldn't buy anything, but this time I was fortunate enough to receive a selection of baked goods. The packaging is stylish, and the sweets are contained in a case that looks like a book. The flavors are varied, so there's the fun of choosing which one to have today, just like choosing which book to read. The layers of the cake, which are baked like a baumkuchen, go very well with the jam-like filling. The flavors are rich and satisfying, so one piece is enough to make you feel full! You can enjoy it to your heart's content. I thought it would be a shame to throw away the packaging, but my child was delighted to use it for crafts and had a lot of fun!

The peach shaved ice was fluffy and delicious. It's only available for takeout. They also have a wide variety of baked goods and cakes.

The Mont Blanc cream isn't the usual round shape, but rather a square, resembling soba noodles 🥹. The meringue is placed on the side, adding a touch of cuteness, and there's a marron glacé on top. The crispy meringue and the sophisticated chestnut cream create a delightful marriage of flavors 👍. ▪️ **Canelé** This is the quintessential canelé 😍. I visited the popular Unverdet. The shop is very cute, and you can feel their attention to detail in the wrapping and boxes. The petit gateaux are all priced between 500 and 600 yen, and I think they are very reasonably priced considering their beauty and taste. I bought three petit gateaux and some baked goods. The best was the baba. It was full of rum, and I was able to enjoy the baba with the rum soaking through to the end. The green matcha and yuzu petit gateau had a yuzu flavor, but I felt that the other flavors were a bit bland. However, it was a very beautiful cake with a lot of effort put into it, so I was satisfied. The packaging materials also seem to be carefully chosen, but the paper bag was included in the price, which is rare these days. I didn't see the intimidating sales staff mentioned in other reviews, and I was able to shop very comfortably. I would definitely like to visit again.
