The prices for wine and food are reasonable. The chairs were a bit high and uncomfortable to sit in. The space isn't huge, but it seems like it could accommodate a small group to a moderate-sized gathering.
The food was great value for money, and I enjoyed the wine and ham. It's a place where you can enjoy a quick drink or a full meal.
This wine bar is located in Tsukiji 1-chome, along Heisei-dori. I arrived at 8:45 PM on a Saturday after work, and it was a relief to find that they were open until 3 AM. The place was packed when I walked in, buzzing with energy. The layout features a counter at the front, with the kitchen behind it and numerous tables in the front hall. It's a popular spot, with three people in the kitchen and three more serving the tables. The counter at the front is a display refrigerator, showcasing a variety of ingredients ready for preparation. The ceiling is high, and the walls are lined with bottles of wine, creating a true bar atmosphere. The interior is stylish and well-designed. It was a Saturday night, and it was late, so there were a few couples and groups of people who seemed to be local residents, but it felt like a place that would be perfect for couples or girls' nights out. To start, I had a draft Super Dry beer, which was delicious, thanks to the well-maintained tap. I ordered three appetizers, two pizzas, a homemade extra-large sausage, a carpaccio dish, and a tuna with caramelized onion and balsamic sauce. The waitstaff was friendly and approachable. Every dish was meticulously prepared, with a clear focus on quality and detail. It might have been the best Italian food I've had this year. I switched to sangria, which was a bit too refreshing for my taste, so I quickly moved on to white wine and then red. Every dish was a hit. The aroma, texture, and the way they cooked and presented the food, everything was so carefully done. It was a truly satisfying Italian meal, and I was very impressed. I asked about the restaurant when I paid, and they told me it's part of a large restaurant group that has multiple locations east of here. This Tsukiji Italian bar is their westernmost location. I'll definitely be back. I can't wait to return.
I made a reservation for a weekend evening and visited. There are several locations in Tokyo, but they are all usually crowded, so it's best to make a reservation. They have a wide variety of wines, and the food was delicious, leaving me very satisfied. The prosciutto came in two varieties, showcasing their dedication to quality. It was thick-cut, and I felt like I was truly enjoying authentic prosciutto. The dishes like the spaghetti aglio e olio were also very tasty. I will definitely go back again.
This Wine Bar is located just a 3-minute walk from Shintomichō Station and a 5-minute walk from Tsukiji Station. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced, making it a popular spot. As other reviewers have mentioned, when I visited on a Friday night with a reservation, I was told we had a 2-hour time limit. By 7 pm, the place was already packed. If you don't dislike or have an allergy to bonito, I highly recommend the bonito sashimi with mascarpone sauce. The Spanish cured ham platter is also a must-try. The tables are a bit close together, but considering the value, it's understandable. I definitely plan to visit again.
