This cake shop is located near Toyosu Station. The shop has a bright atmosphere and sells a variety of sweets and baked goods that change with the seasons. They are said to be both visually appealing and delicious. There is also a cafe attached, where you can order and pay on the first floor and wait on the second floor. The shortcake costs 520 yen, and the blended coffee costs 570 yen. There is a 100 yen discount for a drink set. The sponge cake is soft and fluffy, with a very fine texture. The combination of the cream, which melts in your mouth, is excellent. The coffee comes with a small baked treat, which is a nice touch. It's perfect for a relaxing afternoon break. They also seem to have a lunch menu, which I want to try next time.

I was immediately captivated by the exterior and the appearance of the shaved ice under the summer sky. The shop is laid out with a showcase and checkout counter on the first floor, and a cafe space for eating in on the second floor. They offer shaved ice, cakes, and drinks (mainly tea and roasted green tea. I can't remember if they had coffee... it might have been on the menu in the attached image, but I forgot... w). Incidentally, when you order shaved ice, they ask if you want roasted green tea. This roasted green tea should have been a free service. You can also order cakes from the showcase on the first floor for takeout or to eat in. Just tell them "on the second floor" or "for eating in" and you can enjoy them on the second floor. The shaved ice is not only fancy and cute in appearance, but the sweet syrup is evenly distributed throughout, and the texture is smooth. It's truly a "1,000 yen shaved ice." The atmosphere and interior of the second-floor eating area also have a sense of style and elegance, making it a perfect spot for a Toyosu date or a girls' gathering. It's already delicious, but the atmosphere makes it taste 30% better. (´・ω・`) I also bought a cream puff, chocolate rusk, canelé, chocolate cookie, and berry macaron for takeout. The berry macaron is best enjoyed with a few people, sharing three each during tea time or something similar. The canelé is small and has a hard, crunchy exterior. I like the moist, chewy type too, but this one might be more appealing to men. The rusk is also a hard, crunchy type. The aroma of chocolate is fantastic. I paired it with coffee at home and it was delicious. The menu and variety are extensive, so I definitely want to visit again.

While I don't use them for everyday purposes, I always rely on this bakery for gifts and my children's birthday cakes. They've created a variety of cakes for me, from drawing directly on the cake to printing images on white chocolate and even shaping the cake itself into numbers! My family is divided between chocolate and shortcake lovers, and they've even accommodated us by making half the cake chocolate and half shortcake. They've been incredibly accommodating, even when I've asked for a bit of a stretch, and I'm truly grateful. (Note: Everything except the white chocolate printing was done before the renovation, so I'm not sure if they still offer all these options.) The cakes themselves are delicious! They're always a hit when I bring them as gifts. The shop has a charming atmosphere, and the staff are very kind and approachable. It's one of my favorite cake shops!

I used the 2nd floor eat-in area. I ordered a Shine Muscat tart, Agasa, and Toyosu roll. The tart crust was thin and fragrant on the surface, with a hint of saltiness, and sweet and dense inside. The Muscat was juicy. Agasa had a chocolate flavor that permeated the entire pastry, even the sponge cake. It felt substantial. The Toyosu roll looked like it had a moist texture, but it wasn't overly so. It wasn't overly airy either, and I felt satisfied. The accompanying macarons also had a strong chocolate flavor. I had a preconceived notion that macarons all tasted the same, but that was dispelled. The interior was bright overall, and the facilities were clean. They accept electronic money and credit cards for payment. If I were to be picky, I wish they wouldn't discontinue the fruit sandwich...

The cake tasted quite ordinary. I went there expecting to find some stylish cakes, but there weren't many items in the display case, and nothing particularly caught my eye. I bought a few cakes and went home.
