I purchased a chocolate cake from "Tops Kitasenju Termina Store" located in the Kitasenju Station building, Termina. This is my second time buying from Tops, as I also purchased something last year. This chocolate cake contains walnuts and soybeans. The sweetness was just right and it was delicious.

Thank you for staying open during this difficult time with the coronavirus. On May 8th, 2020, around 2 pm when there were few customers, I purchased a fresh cake and two pastries from Tops for Mother's Day. It was my first time buying from them. The plump female staff member who served me was condescending and gave me a rude explanation. I was relieved when the other staff member at the cashier was much kinder. My mother loves chocolate and was curious about the flavors, but the bad customer service ruined the celebratory mood and made me sad.

It's conveniently located near the station. It's not a store in the basement of a department store. I used to love their dark chocolate cake and bought it often, but the price has gone up significantly, and I'm not sure if it's worth the price anymore. However, I think the ingredients are good. Their rare cheesecake is also delicious. Because of its location, the atmosphere is a bit chaotic, and it doesn't really feel like a place to buy cake. It's not very cool either, so except for the convenience of being near the station, it's a bit of a minus.
