This bakery is located on the second floor of Toyosu Prime Square. It's quite inconspicuous. It seems to be a Kobeya-affiliated bakery. They have about 10 types of bread on a single row of tables. Their "Wasteful Bread" (¥400) set, which consists of four leftover breads from the previous day, is a great deal. It's worth it if you consider it to be ¥100 per bread. I bought the "Wasteful" set myself. If the bread can be reheated, its deliciousness might be restored. They also accept payment via PayPay.
This bakery is located next to Kobeya's office. It has short business hours, closing at 2 pm. They always offer a 20% to 30% discount on their bread, making it a great deal.
