The sommelier's explanations and service were consistently excellent, and the male server was also very pleasant, making for a very comfortable dining experience. 🌙 The pairings were perfectly chosen, making the experience more enjoyable than if I had chosen them myself. 🍾 The entrance is modern, and while the interior isn't flashy, it's elegant, clean, and has a calm atmosphere, making it suitable for various occasions. 🦢 It has a vibe that you might find in Uehara or Kamiyama. I recently celebrated an anniversary here. All the dishes were delicious, but the pasta with sweet shrimp was especially amazing! I enjoyed several glasses of wine, each one expertly explained, which enhanced the flavor. The chocolate on the dessert plate was a work of art, absolutely stunning.

This was my first visit. I ordered the ¥9,000 course. Overall, the food was delicious, but the fritters in the appetizer were cold, and the monkfish dish was surprisingly fishy and I couldn't eat much of it. However, the other dishes and the wine were very good. The white wine they recommended was particularly good, with a sweet aroma but a crisp taste. I was truly impressed that they recommended something I had never tasted before! The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very nice, and I think it would be perfect for a leisurely meal or a date. The fish dish was truly disappointing.

I visited the restaurant to celebrate my birthday. My partner had arranged for a birthday plate to be brought out, but even after we finished our coffee, nothing came. Of course, I didn't know about the surprise, so when I said, "Shall we go since we're finished eating?" my partner said, "Wait a minute, actually..." and revealed the plate, so we decided to wait a little longer. The restaurant was busy, and the staff member who was both the waiter and sommelier was explaining wines at another table. My partner had asked a staff member who came out of the kitchen when I left the table, but they said, "I haven't heard anything about it. It wasn't prepared." and went back into the kitchen. The waiter didn't seem to have checked either, and we were sent off with a smile after paying the bill. I had made the reservation online and confirmed it again, and the note was in the reservation details, so it was definitely a mistake on the restaurant's part. I felt really sorry for my partner who had gone to the trouble of arranging it. The food was all delicious, and the waiter was very attentive, so it was a shame that this happened. Looking at the reviews, it seems like the birthday plate is usually provided, so maybe it was just a mistake that day. However, I would recommend confirming beforehand just in case.

The wine pairings were quite unique and stylish, offering a sense of exclusivity you won't find anywhere else. The dishes were not only delicious but also visually stunning, with a stylish elegance. They were unique without being overly elaborate. It's a place I'd definitely want to visit again.
