A delightful and relaxing spot offering delicious ginger ale, vegetable juice, and smoothies. The ginger ale, in particular, has a strong ginger flavor that is truly enjoyable. Their ice cream is also delicious.
This entire floor is like a food court, and you can eat what you buy at this cafe at tables inside or outside. However, there were too many people using the seats for resting without buying anything, so there was no place for the actual eat-in customers to sit. The flow from ordering to being called is also a bit shoddy. The staff reads out the number printed on the receipt after you order, but it's very hard to hear because the surroundings are noisy. Maybe because of this, customers don't notice when their number is called and don't come to pick up their order, so the orders can't be processed. Also, the numbers are read in Japanese (like 'nijuu-hachi'), so it seemed like foreign visitors didn't understand. Since there are many foreign tourists in this area, I think it would be better to have a system with an electronic display board that everyone can understand.
This restaurant offers reasonably priced meals within Ginza Mitsukoshi. The limited eat-in space forced me to dine outside, but unfortunately, the table was dirty. I asked the staff to remove the tomatoes from my salad, which they kindly did. The orange juice, while an additional cost, was delicious.
This was my second visit. Both times, I came in the afternoon, and it was very crowded, making it difficult to find a seat. However, there are free-space seats along the side and a counter by the window, so I think the turnover rate is good considering you can eat outside of the restaurant's tables. Also, there is plenty of space to put strollers both at the restaurant tables and in the free space, which is reassuring. This time, I ordered the egg sandwich potato set and iced coffee. The egg sandwich was packed with eggs, and I wish a certain convenience store would take inspiration from it. The potatoes were warm, perfectly salted, crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. The salad was also very delicious. The only downside is that the smoking room is next door, so when the door opens and closes, the smell of smoke wafts in. But it's so delicious, I recommend it. I'll definitely go back when I'm in Ginza.
