I've been coming here for over 10 years, ever since the pre-opening reception party when it first opened. It's a truly wonderful place. I've been here countless times for parties, business meetings, dinners with friends, and dates, so I'll include lots of photos. Both the sushi and teppanyaki are incredibly delicious. They also offer special wines to complement the dishes, and the service is exceptional. After dinner, I highly recommend relaxing in the lounge on the second floor, enjoying a drink while watching the flames in the fireplace. It's not a place you can go to casually, so it might be best to save it for special occasions like celebrations. I highly recommend it! I'm a little embarrassed to ask, so please don't include any comments about the restaurant itself, haha.
I visited this restaurant a while back, and it was a very stylish and modern Japanese space. I sat at the counter, which was arranged in a semi-circular shape around the teppanyaki grill. At first glance, there were many foreign guests, and the intricate details of the plating, like the use of Japanese elements, were truly impressive. It was clear that this restaurant paid great attention to detail. That day, I ordered the "atelier" course from the teppanyaki floor. The seafood options were spiny lobster and fresh oysters! Both are my favorites, so I was very excited. The natural flavors of the ingredients were highlighted, and the dishes were very refined. The barnya cauda with a decorative Japanese knot was a first for me. The anticipation of opening it was exciting, and it showed the restaurant's dedication to delighting their customers. Every dish was beautifully and artfully presented. For the meat, my friend and I shared the filet mignon and sirloin. My friend told me that this restaurant has delicious sauces, and while I usually prefer salt and wasabi, I decided to try the sauce this time. It was surprisingly delicious, and I ended up enjoying the meat with the sauce for most of the meal. The meat was incredibly tender, full of flavor, and had a rich, high-quality marbling. I think I just kept saying "delicious" and "this is so good" the whole time. (My vocabulary was lacking. Haha.) For dessert, we moved to a different room with a fireplace. The atmosphere was completely different, and we were able to relax and enjoy our dessert.
I've been to many sushi restaurants, but this one is truly exceptional. Every piece of fish is meticulously prepared beforehand, resulting in a depth of flavor unlike any other. I'll never forget the first time I tasted the medium fatty tuna and ikura here - it was a revelation.
I enjoyed a Japanese meal. Each dish was carefully prepared and delicious, making me feel truly happy. The chef was also very kind and friendly. I definitely want to visit again.
๐ Tokyo๐ผ Roppongi The space, the aesthetics, and the service were all perfectly balanced. ๐ฝ: I love the teppanyaki style where you can enjoy both the taste and the presentation, and the food is cooked right in front of you. The chef in charge and the server were both excellent at maintaining the perfect distance. ๐: The space is beautiful, with stunning presentations from the appetizers onward. Even though there were younger people, no one was loud, which is great. ๐: It's less than a 10-minute walk from Roppongi Station๐ถโโ๏ธ. This area has a lot of hills, so you might want to consider taking a taxi. The staff's distance was not pretentious, and many of them had a comfortable distance that I liked. It's a restaurant I enjoy.
