Located a short walk from Higashi-Ginza Station, towards Tsukiji. Turn left before crossing the bridge and you'll find the shop on the corner. It's a super cute shop! Each donut is 50 yen, but you can get 10 for 450 yen, and even better deals for larger quantities ⭐. I bought 10 donuts this time, 2 of each of 5 different flavors. ◆ Chocolate Banana The banana-flavored dough is packed with chocolate cream, and the chocolate flavor is strong! ◆ Apple Earl Grey Packed with apple paste, it's definitely apple! A hint of tea flavor ✨. ◆ Cream Cheese For such a small donut, it's packed with cream cheese, so cheesy! ◆ Plain Simple and delicious like a sponge cake! Makes you crave milk ✨. ◆ Custard Deliciously rich custard cream! My personal favorite today was the custard! (I didn't take a picture of the bear-shaped one because it didn't look very good in the picture, lol). It's a bit of a walk from the station, so it's not too crowded and you can grab them quickly! Each donut is not too big, and there are so many flavors to choose from, so it's great for trying different things ⭐. There are still some flavors I haven't tried, so I'll definitely come back again!

The Ginza main branch of "PETIT CUSTA," a shop selling bite-sized, freshly baked sweets, is located on the corner of the intersection at the end of Matsuya-dori Street, right next to the Seven-Eleven across the street. I've always been curious about this place because of the sweet aroma that wafts by every time I pass by... Perhaps you've encountered them at department store events? They offer 10 different flavors, and each one is priced at ¥45 (tax included). For souvenirs (bulk purchases), they also offer boxed sets for ¥50! *Apparently, the box fee is waived for purchases of 40 or more. The eggs used in the dough are sourced directly from contracted farms in Kagawa Prefecture, and they are made with no added water, no frying, and a low sugar content. This time, I purchased 4 varieties, 2 of each (a total of 8 pieces) for ¥360 (tax included)! 【Red Bean Paste】 Is this supposed to represent a bite-sized taiyaki (fish-shaped pastry)? It looks more like a goldfish than a "tai" (sea bream) to me (laughs). But it's good... It's enough to make you smile and warm your heart. The basic principle is that they provide "freshly made (baked)" goods, so if you eat it right after purchase, the petit custa itself should be slightly warm, still "hot off the press." 【Chocolate】 Oh! This one has a heart-shaped dough filled with a rich, bittersweet chocolate cream. At ¥45 per piece (with a shelf life of one day after production), it might even satisfy the demand for individual Valentine's Day chocolates. The top of the dough is also coated with cocoa, but only halfway! Well, eat it all in one bite so the heart doesn't break! 【Custard】 Wow! Judging from the shape of its eyes, is this a panda-shaped manju (bun)? When you break it open, a rich custard cream spills out. It might be a bit of a shame to eat it... But "good children" shouldn't think about cruel things like breaking it in half like in the picture. Instead, they should put it all in their mouths and cherish it! 【Plain】 Finally, the "plain" one is simply the castella dough itself, without any filling. It's truly a "connoisseur's" delight, allowing you to savor the goodness of the ingredients. The shop aims to create a treat that is "like plain white rice, something you can eat every day without getting tired of it." So, everyone, be sure to add at least one to your purchase list! How was it? Even though it's a "bite-sized" treat at ¥45 per piece, did you feel the "great happiness" that comes from the attention to detail in the ingredients and shape?

Located at the intersection of the Shukyo Bridge, which crosses the expressway. The shop offers 10 varieties of freshly baked baby castella, shaped like cute pandas, fish, hearts, and more. You can buy them individually for 45 yen each. They might make a nice little souvenir. They accept electronic money and credit cards.

I love strawberry milk, caramel flakes (the inside was crunchy), apple Earl Grey, and Kiri cream cheese ❤️. I stopped by after work and got the last one of the 10-piece box! I wanted another bag, so I asked for a random one. They also gave me a freebie for each bag. I devoured the whole bag in one go! ‼️

It's located just a 2-3 minute walk from Exit 3 of Higashi-Ginza Station, situated on the corner of the intersection. It's easy to find, even with a map. I visited on a weekday afternoon in mid-November around 3 pm, and there were 1-2 groups waiting in line. They had 10 flavors available: plain, strawberry milk, custard, caramel flake, chestnut cream, Kiri cream cheese, apple Earl Grey, lemon cheese, chocolate, and red bean paste. It's amazing that you can buy one for just 45 yen! I bought some for my friend and some for myself. They said they last for one day. (The next day, they were a little drier.) I bought 6 flavors: plain, custard, caramel flake, chestnut cream, Kiri cream cheese, and apple Earl Grey. They were all fluffy rather than dense, and I could eat them all day long! 😂 My personal favorites that I'd definitely buy again are: * Caramel flake (The caramel flakes are crunchy and delicious, making for a fun texture.) * Chestnut cream (I think it's seasonal, but I love chestnuts, so I'd buy it again if I saw it.) * Apple Earl Grey (I'm always drawn to tea-flavored cakes, and this was my first time trying Earl Grey castella. The apple cream inside was also great, with a soft, crunchy apple texture.) 🐶💓 They accept credit cards and other cashless payments, making it easy to use. I noticed they also do Uber Eats! 😄 I always wish they had gluten-free baby castella, so I hope they consider it. 🙏
