June 2024 (Saturday, arrived at 2:45 PM, no wait) Mille-feuille Set ¥940 Apple Cream Puff Set ¥880 This cafe is located just off Takeshita Street, which is usually packed with people. It's a great place to take a break from the hustle and bustle. I was expecting a long wait during the weekend tea time, but there was no line at all, and there were even a few empty seats inside. It's amazing how peaceful the cafe is, considering how crowded it is just a few dozen meters away. It's so calming and relaxing! And the prices are incredibly affordable! All the cake and drink sets are under ¥1000! I ordered the mille-feuille, which is apparently famous here. It was delicious! The cream was generous and the sweetness was just right. I can see why it's so popular. My family ordered the apple cream puff, and I had a bite. The cinnamon flavor was strong, and it reminded me of American desserts (laughs). I ordered iced tea, since it's a tea specialty shop. It was so good! And the portion size was generous, which was a nice surprise. If you're looking for a place to take a break in Harajuku, I highly recommend this cafe.

I visited Harajuku for sightseeing. As a woman in her 40s, I was content just looking at the colorful trendy foods like cotton candy and crepes. It was early September and hot, so I decided to stop in for a break. It was a lovely, old-fashioned, quiet cafe that made me forget I was in Harajuku. The staff were efficient and pleasant. The clientele seemed to be regulars rather than tourists. Being from the countryside, I was happy to try things like cucumber sandwiches and other elaborate, stylish dishes that I'd seen on TV. The cakes seemed to be homemade, and the coffee and tea were high-quality but reasonably priced, which was a bonus. It was a great memory from my Harajuku trip.

Located just a short distance from Takeshita Street, this place offers a tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. In the morning, the aroma of sizzling bacon fills the air, while in the afternoon, the sweet scent of apples wafts through, creating a feeling like stepping into a British shop. Many international visitors enjoy lively conversations on the terrace, reminiscent of London. The Nilgiri tea in the set was delicious.

I visited on a Saturday afternoon. Takeshita Street was incredibly crowded. Even though the side street I went down was initially quite lively, it became a space with a pleasant buzz as time went on. The mimosa cake was definitely a beautiful pale yellow! The custard cream inside was also delicious. It was hot, so I had iced tea. It was also very tasty. Next time, I want to try the pot service tea. I was surprised by the affordable prices for this location in Tokyo. I hope this shop continues for a long time.

This tea room offers a wide variety of teas and provides a relaxing atmosphere. The mille-feuille, often seen on Instagram, is surprisingly filling! The sandwiches are also quite substantial, so women might want to share them. The clientele is not noisy, so it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful for its location.
