This was one of the cafes I'd been wanting to visit for a long time. The owner runs the place solo, so it's best to visit with plenty of time. Photography is prohibited inside, so I couldn't take pictures of the menu or anything else. ◆Caffe Latte ¥530 The latte was made right in front of me after I ordered, so I enjoyed watching the process. The cafe was decorated with stylish posters, so I spent a few minutes admiring them while I waited. The latte had a perfect balance of bitterness and milk, and it was delicious. There's a Starbucks next door, so I think the prices are a bit bold, but the quality is definitely worth it. I also saw a limited-time banana mocha that looked tempting, so I'll have to come back and try it if I get the chance. I also forgot to buy a dorayaki, so I'll have to get one next time! (^^)
Just a 1-minute walk from Tsukiji Station! I visited Turret Coffee. Opened in October 2013 by Kiyoshi Kawasaki, who honed his skills at a famous coffee chain and a coffee shop with a world-renowned barista, this is a popular cafe. Turret Coffee is known for its espresso and latte. They use soft water with low mineral content to bring out the aroma of the coffee beans, which are carefully selected for their compatibility with the latte. The name "Turret" comes from the small transport vehicle, "turret truck," found inside the shop. The cafe is located just off Isshin-ohashi Dori, a short distance from Tsukiji Station. The interior features the aforementioned turret truck and is cozy yet stylish and welcoming. There are a few standing counter seats and 8 seats outside on a bench. This time, I had the Turret Latte (iced) for ¥660. The Turret Latte is their signature drink. The coffee is brewed one cup at a time by the owner-barista himself after you order, resulting in an exquisite taste. The balance of milk and coffee is simply amazing. You can savor the richness of the milk while also enjoying the aroma of the coffee! This truly delicious drink is a testament to the cafe's popularity. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area. Thank you for the delicious meal.
I visited before noon on a weekday and there were only three other groups of customers, all foreigners. The shop has a standing counter inside and an outdoor seating area. Since the inside was full, I sat outside. Turret Latte 660 yen / Dorayaki 290 yen All drinks can be ordered iced, so I got mine iced. The latte had a strong, bitter flavor that was delicious. The dorayaki had a filling that was not too sweet and was generously filled with butter. It's meant to go with coffee, but it was delicious on its own. This is a shop where you can enjoy authentic coffee. Highly recommended.

I frequented this coffee shop several times when it was a pop-up at the Sony Building in Ginza! The rich milk and bitter espresso are a perfect combination. I absolutely love it. I came back after a few years, and it's still delicious, which makes me happy. I also bought a dorayaki, so I'm looking forward to trying it!
