I bought this as a souvenir. When I passed by around 10 am on Monday, there was a line, but I was able to get one after waiting. It was a very popular and stylish Tokyo souvenir.
This is a sweets shop in Tokyo. I was given some of their treats. The treat I received was the New York Perfect Cheese, a thin, crispy langue de chat cookie that encases a cheese chocolate and cream filling. It's a cute and charming little treat. When you bite into it, the light, crispy texture of the langue de chat cookie combines with the smooth, mellow flavor of the cheese, spreading throughout your mouth. I wonder if the langue de chat cookie itself contains cheese, as the cheesy flavor is so pronounced and enjoyable. It was absolutely delicious.
On Thursday, I purchased a gift for my in-laws at "New York Perfect Cheese" in Tokyo Station. Since I hadn't bought a ticket, I arrived at Tokyo Station early. It was spring break, a Thursday, and at 7:32 AM, there were already two groups ahead of me, so I was third in line. By 7:40 AM, more people were joining the line, and by 8:00 AM, when the store opened, the line stretched all the way to the end of the tape. The staff came out a little before opening and asked the first eight people in line to place their orders. I looked at the menu and saw three options. It was my first time, so I asked for an explanation. The shelf life of all the products was long, which was good. I learned that the roll cake had raisins, and since my children wouldn't eat that, I bought something else. I purchased: * New York Perfect Cheese (18 pieces) * Maple Cheese (8 pieces) They accept PayPay. Everyone loves cheese, so I'm looking forward to sharing it with them. On Saturday, I enjoyed the treats with my husband, his brother, and my in-laws. The New York Perfect Cheese was delicious! The langue de chat was crispy, and the cheese and cream were so good. We all agreed that the langue de chat itself was delicious and we could eat it all day long. The Maple Cheese had maple filling and was fluffy. My youngest daughter loved it. It's a treat that everyone, from children to adults, can enjoy. Thank you for the delicious treats! #TokyoStationGourmet #TokyoStationSouvenir #TokyoStation #TokyoSouvenir #TokyoStationPopularSouvenir #TokyoStationSweets #TokyoSweets #NewYorkPerfectCheese #NEWYORKPERFECTCHEESE #CheeseTreats #CheeseLover #LangueDeChat #MapleCheese #MapleLover #CheeseSweets
There's always a huge line, and even on weekdays, they usually sell out by evening. But this time, I went around 3:30 PM and they still had some left! It's a must-try for cheese lovers. It's not just good with coffee or tea, but I think it would pair well with wine too. They also ask about allergies when you check out. I think it's fine at room temperature, but it was a hot day so they gave me a free ice pack. It says on the packaging that it's best to chill it in the fridge for about 10 minutes before eating, so I always keep it in the fridge at home (laughs).
I finally got to buy it after missing it three times when I visited Tokyo Station. The rich cheese and crispy texture were absolutely delicious!🎵
