The interior is spacious, with a standing bar counter and table seating. Most of the customers were solo drinkers, and everyone was leisurely enjoying their drinks while watching the TV in the shop. I ordered the Kadokura Set for 1000 yen! It comes with your choice of drink, beef tendon stew or innards stew, and a mille-feuille ham cutlet. I started with a green tea highball. For my appetizer, I chose the innards stew! The innards stew, simmered for a long time, was incredibly tender, and the deliciousness of the innards spread throughout my mouth. Whenever I come to Kanto, I always eat innards stew! For another dish, I had the famous mille-feuille ham cutlet. This ham cutlet is made with four layers of roast ham, deep-fried. The crispy, freshly fried batter and the deliciousness of the roast ham are a perfect match. It's truly a famous dish, and it's incredibly delicious! I visited around 8 PM on a Friday. The place was crowded, and I had to wait about 5 minutes before being seated. Of course, it's a standing-only bar. This time, I ordered the "Kadokura Set" and a few other things. The set comes with a drink, a ham cutlet, and a choice of either beef tendon stew or tripe stew. I went with the beef tendon stew. It's a great deal, as the drink comes in a larger-than-usual glass. The ham cutlet was also big, and the beef tendon stew was delicious.
