You purchase tickets with cash only. I ordered the oyster ramen, oyster rice, and fresh oysters, and they were all delicious. It's right near Kinshicho Station. There are about 9 counter seats. When I arrived, I was able to get a seat right away, but there was a line when I left. However, the service was fast and the turnover was quick, so I think you'll be able to get a seat relatively soon. First, the oyster ramen has a rich soup that is characteristic of the dish. You can really taste the oyster essence that has been thoroughly dissolved into the soup. The kaiware sprouts and scallions are a nice accent, and the overall balance is excellent. The soup is rich. The oyster rice is also great, with the kaiware sprouts, scallions, and grilled oysters all working well together! I even added some of the ramen soup at the end and enjoyed it as a variation. The fresh oysters were fresh and had a nice, plump texture. Thank you for the meal.

Menya Sashi, a ramen shop renowned for its exceptional oyster ramen. This establishment is celebrated by numerous ramen enthusiasts for its unique ramen featuring fresh oysters. The interior boasts a casual and relaxing counter seating arrangement, making it ideal for both solo visits and gatherings with friends. The oyster ramen, in particular, is a must-try, with its rich oyster-infused broth perfectly complementing the firm, thin noodles, creating an unforgettable flavor experience. Additionally, don't miss out on their seasonal limited-time menus. --- **Order:** - Oyster Ramen - ¥920 --- **Oyster Ramen:** The oyster ramen is a culinary masterpiece. With each bite, the rich, concentrated essence of oysters explodes in your mouth, transporting you to the depths of the ocean. The slightly thick broth is incredibly flavorful and deeply savory, leaving you wanting to savor every last drop. The thin noodles intertwine beautifully with the broth, offering a satisfying texture that perfectly complements the oysters.

I had the oyster ramen. I used to go there often before the pandemic, but this was my first visit in a while. The rich oyster broth soup is still as good as ever. It's amazing how they can make such a rich soup without using any artificial flavorings. It makes sense that this is a sister restaurant of Jitan, which is known for its thick and delicious bisque. The thick noodles and oyster soup go perfectly with seaweed, and I don't know of any other ramen that pairs better with seaweed. It was a delicious meal.

【Location】 It's about a 5-minute walk from Kinshicho Station, right? It's a bit tucked away in a back alley, so it might be a little hard to find. I went there on a weekday night around 8 pm. 【Inside】 It's only counter seating. You buy your tickets first. Luckily, there was one seat open, so I didn't have to wait. By the time I left, there was a line of about 5 people. However, the turnover is fast, so I don't think you'll have to wait too long. Lots of women come here too. They have aprons, which is great. 【Oyster Ramen and Egg Rice】 I ordered the oyster ramen, the main menu item. After much deliberation, I also ended up ordering the egg rice. The ramen has medium-thick, curly noodles. The oyster broth makes the soup a slightly greenish color and it's incredibly creamy. The oyster flavor is strong and it's creamy but still very drinkable. The soup was definitely the best part! The egg rice was also really good! It has a lot of green onions on top! I poured some of the oyster soup over it and ate it. It was absolutely delicious. I was hesitant but glad I ordered it! 【Other】 I went in without much prior information, but it was a hit! The portion size of the noodles wasn't too big, so even with the egg rice side dish, it was a manageable amount. There's no parking or bike parking.

The nearest station is Kinshicho Station. Cash only. I visited after seeing it in a ramen magazine. I ordered the tsukemen. To be honest, it was incredibly delicious! Anyone who dislikes oysters will undoubtedly give it a 100% negative rating. It's that unique. It boasts "no chemical seasonings," and honestly, I had a bad feeling (usually it's not good), but in this case, that wasn't true at all. The deliciousness extracted from the oysters just keeps coming at you. It's to the point where you can still taste the oysters after you finish eating, haha. I love oysters, so I added an extra 180 yen for oyster toppings. Even then, the total was 1,130 yen, so it's affordable, or rather, quite a good deal. The shop doesn't have air conditioning, so it's hot in the summer. Even so, I want to visit again when I'm tired or need a pick-me-up.
