The food and drinks were both of high quality. With 8 taps, you can enjoy as much as you like. The food was excellent, especially the pasta and the melt-in-your-mouth salt pork. The sausages were also great, but that goes without saying. I want to eat it again! Also, the staff were all bright and seemed to get along well, which was pleasant. The prices are a bit high, but I think it's worth the money.
I visited for a Gangi Beer event. The event was very popular, with the restaurant almost full, and any empty seats were quickly filled. I didn't have much time this time, so I could only try three beers. I ordered the recommended coarsely ground sausage. It took about 10 minutes to arrive! It was consistently delicious. I could have eaten three of them! I stayed for about an hour before heading home.
This stylish Asakusa establishment boasts a rotating selection of eight craft beers from both Japan and abroad, along with popular homemade sausages. 🍻 There are five different types of sausages to choose from, and they can even be made into hot dogs! The bread was delicious! The open atmosphere and friendly staff made for a satisfying experience, both in terms of beer and food. 😋
I recently visited "THE DAY east tokyo" in Asakusa. This place is usually known for its craft beer and sausages, but they offer a special burger menu twice a year. I went this time specifically for the burgers. I ordered the following: * Garlic Shrimp * Homemade Sausages (Spicy Lamb, Coarse Grind, and Squid Ink) * Bacon Cheeseburger The Garlic Shrimp was delicious, with crispy shrimp coated in garlic chips. It was a real appetite-stimulator! I ordered all three types of homemade sausages. The lamb sausage had a perfect amount of spice. It was a 50/50 blend of lamb and pork, so it wasn't too gamey and was easy to eat. The coarse grind sausage was juicy and flavorful, with the meat coarsely ground. The squid ink sausage had a subtle hint of garlic and a nice ocean flavor. The Bacon Cheeseburger was amazing! The bun was generously sprinkled with sesame seeds. The patty was thick and juicy, with a satisfyingly chewy texture. It was perfectly complemented by the cheese. The burger was also beautifully assembled, which I really appreciated. Of course, I also ordered some craft beers. I tried: * AJB Cosmic Knight Sour IPA (Nagano) * Himitsu Beer Carrot & Sweet Potato (Mie) * Karuizawa Escape Double IPA (Nagano) The AJB was surprisingly sour. The carrot beer had a sweet initial flavor followed by a bitter aftertaste, which was interesting. The Karuizawa was a classic, refreshing double IPA. Everything was delicious, and I was so happy to be able to try the burgers, which are only available twice a year. I'm already looking forward to the next time, which will probably be around March next year. I'm excited to see what you come up with next, staff! Thank you for the delicious meal!
