Instagram▶︎@wakuwaku_saaan Tabelog▶︎https://tabelog.com/rvwr/futatabiblog/ I recently visited Maguro Standard and then went to this ramen shop for a final meal. I'm a big fan of noodles, so I usually prefer noodles over rice, but because of the intense summer heat, my preference for noodles has intensified even more. I'm practically eating noodles every day, more than usual. Anyway, Hassle Ramen has its main store in Kameido and has expanded to other areas like Asakusa and Nihonbashi. During their Hassle Time (weekdays 13:00-18:00), they offer "Draft Beer" for 330 yen and "Mug-style Chu-hai" for 250 yen! Also, during their Hassle Lunch (11:00-18:00), you can choose your favorite noodles (soy sauce, miso, salt, spicy, miso spicy, special tsukemen) and combine them with any rice dish, and you get 3 dumplings, which is a great deal for those who want to eat a lot. ・Hassle Revival Ramen + Soft-boiled Egg (with a Tabelog coupon, you get another soft-boiled egg): 880 yen ・Dumplings: 280 yen ・Bottled Beer: 580 yen You can choose the amount of back fat and the noodle firmness. The二郎-like soup and the chewy, thick straight noodles are irresistible. So good! The melt-in-your-mouth texture of the chashu is also amazing. It's already delicious, but next time I might go for even more back fat. The soft-boiled egg is perfectly cooked. The dumplings are light and have a lot of vegetables. The crispy texture of the pan-fried dumplings is mild. It's a flavor that you can't get enough of. I think it's perfect for people who are worried about finishing a whole bowl of二郎. I want to visit for lunch next time ☺︎

I discovered a ramen shop with a unique charm that keeps you coming back for more, even with extra back fat, it doesn't leave you feeling heavy. It's amazing how even though I arrived right after opening, there were already customers... It speaks to the addictive nature of this place. Whenever I think about it, I crave it, a truly memorable taste. Today, I ordered the "Hustle Ramen (Spicy Miso Flavor)" with extra bean sprouts, regular noodles, and extra back fat, plus the "Service Lunch." It was Ladies' Day, so I also added an egg topping. The counter seats have slightly high chairs without backrests, and the space between seats isn't very wide. There are no partitions, so if you're squeezed between someone with a large build or someone who eats aggressively, it can be tough. (I've had to leave three times because it was too uncomfortable to finish my meal.) The table seats are along the left wall, but even if they're available, you'll be directed to a counter seat if you're alone. The ramen that arrived was a visually stunning bowl with a glistening layer of back fat that made my mouth water. The texture of the bean sprouts was fantastic as always! That's why I can't stop ordering extra bean sprouts. The egg, which I don't usually eat, was a pleasant surprise, and the consistently delicious dumplings brought me back to reality. I wrapped rice in the char siu pork, then poured the soup over the rice at the end... It was a whirlwind of a meal where I couldn't put down my chopsticks until the very last bite. I left feeling like I could have even ordered double bean sprouts, which is a testament to how much I enjoyed it. There are so many other dishes I want to try, but I'm such a hesitant and timid person that I haven't been able to venture out yet... I still haven't used the stamps I've collected, so I'm determined to try something different next time.

【The Go-To Spot in Kinshicho After Last Train】 Hustle Ramen, located about a 3-minute walk from Kinshicho Station, is a popular spot that stays open late into the night. Open until 4 AM, it's perfect for those who've missed the last train or need a late-night meal. Their signature Hustle Ramen features a rich pork bone broth that pairs excellently with thick noodles. It comes with a variety of toppings including char siu pork, green onions, and wood ear mushrooms. You can adjust the spice level to suit your taste, which is a nice touch. The portions are generous, satisfying even those with big appetites. The atmosphere inside is lively, and in addition to counter seats, there are numerous table seats available, making it comfortable for group visits. Recently, they've started accepting PayPay, making it convenient even if you don't have cash on hand. With reasonable prices, it's popular among students and young professionals. If you've been out drinking late in Kinshicho, Hustle Ramen is the perfect place to end your night.

I went there for lunch. The interior felt like I had time-slipped back to the Showa era. Stepping inside, the cheap atmosphere evoked a sense of nostalgia. If there had been a poster with the signature of an unknown enka singer, it would have been perfect! The restaurant has counter and table seating, and its interior is characterized by a Showa-era atmosphere. The history of Hassle Ramen began in 1994 when it was founded. The founder, Atsushi Honma, trained at a ramen shop called "Yashou Shonin" before opening his own shop. The name "Hassle" was chosen to express a lively and energetic atmosphere. Their signature dish is a tonkotsu shoyu ramen with a lot of back fat, featuring a soup simmered for over 10 hours and special noodles. The ramen was very filling, and the rich flavor was right up my alley. I was happy to see that they had added grated garlic, which has been scarce lately. I ate it all and felt energized!

There are a lot of harsh reviews, but I don't think it's that bad. It's a ramen shop, after all. The flavor is a bit salty, I can't deny that. It's the kind of ramen shop I'd want to visit once every few months. The pitcher of tea was at room temperature, so I asked for ice. However, the staff member put ice into my glass with their wet hands, which made me feel a little uneasy. But it was okay. The worst thing is that the place could be a little cleaner. That's what I think. The ramen was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
