You can enjoy delicious dan dan noodles as a single dish! I visited "Jia Bao Tiao Long Men", a renowned Chinese restaurant, located on the 6th floor of GINZA SIX, a 4-minute walk from Ginza Station. I arrived 5 minutes before opening on a weekday and there was no wait. I was able to enter as soon as it opened. I ordered the dan dan noodles for ¥1,980 (tax included, service charge separate). It was served in a little over 5 minutes. The dan dan noodles were very rich and creamy with a strong sesame flavor, and the broth was infused with a delicious scallop-based dried seafood stock. The low-hydration, very thin, curly noodles were perfectly coated in the soup and very tasty. I added some XO sauce halfway through for a flavor change. This XO sauce was packed with umami and elevated the dan dan noodles to another level. I enjoyed it all the way to the end.

I visited for lunch because I was craving crispy fried chicken. The chicken was so delicious, I couldn't help but exclaim "Delicious!" It was great on its own, but adding a squeeze of lemon made it even more refreshing. All the other dishes were delicious too, and everyone else loved them. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I'm already struggling to decide what to order next time...

I've been here countless times. The food and tea are always delicious, and the dishes are beautiful. The staff are all smiling and provide meticulous and courteous service, which is fantastic! This is one of my favorite places! I'll be back again soon. (^-^)/

We visited with three toddlers and two adults, and were seated in a semi-private room, allowing us to enjoy our meal leisurely. The Japanese whisky selection was impressive, making it a great choice for whisky enthusiasts. All the dishes were delicious, but the fried rice was particularly noteworthy.

Beijing duck has been my latest obsession! I visited this restaurant in search of delicious Peking duck. ◇ Shark fin braised in its own broth I ordered 70g because I wanted to try other dishes too. It's simple but I love it! ◇ Peking duck We ordered half a duck, so two pieces each for the two of us. I love the Peking duck here too! ◇ Eggplant with XO sauce The eggplant was so tender and the spicy XO sauce was delicious! ◇ Jellyfish appetizer This is a must-order for me at any Chinese restaurant. It's crunchy and delicious! ◇ Egg white fried rice We had eaten so much, so we finished with a light fried rice! ◇ Almond tofu Dessert is a separate stomach! Everything was so delicious, we overate! Each dish wasn't very big, so it was perfect for sharing between two people.
