This shop is located inside the ticket gates of Tokyo Station, in the Gransta area. It has a counter and a few seats for eat-in. You order at the counter after securing a seat. I had a lemonade and a croissant for eat-in. The lemonade was surprisingly not sweet, which is unusual for a cafe like this. The croissant was crispy and flaky, large but very light, and delicious.
A Tale of Gentle White Bean Paste and Butter. This bakery is located in Gransta, inside Tokyo Station. You can enjoy croissants from 8 am. They offer a variety of croissants, including pizza-like croissants and those paired with fruit, allowing you to choose the perfect croissant for your mood. ✨ 【Order】 ■ White Bean Paste and Butter Croissant (¥411) The crust is incredibly flaky, with layers of buttery flavor that explode in your mouth. The filling features a unique white bean paste, which is both delicate and subtly sweet, enhancing the croissant's flavor. The accompanying butter is unsalted and generously sized, a delight for butter lovers. Personally, I prefer this white bean paste over regular red bean paste. The large amount of butter is also a plus. With its convenient location in Tokyo Station, I definitely plan to visit again. ✨
I visited on Saturday, August 2024. It's a shop located in the underground area of Tokyo Station. The eat-in space is very small, maybe only for 10 people. There's a free resting area outside the shop, and you eat while being watched by people there. The atmosphere is a bit awkward. The strawberry milk was delicious though.
Located in the Tokyo Station building, on the B1F of Gransta Tokyo. It's easy to find, right behind Hasegawa Sake Shop. The main store is in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture. This popular bakery has nine locations across Tochigi, Tokyo, and Osaka. I visited around 3 PM. Due to the upcoming Golden Week holiday, the seats in front of the store were packed. The store itself was about half full, but there were also many people taking out. We only had coffee and stayed inside. There's a workshop in the back of the store, and the bread looked incredibly delicious. The staff were very polite. Next time, I'd like to try their famous "An Butter Croissant." Thanks for the meal.
First time visiting! The croissants lined up in the shop window all looked so delicious that I couldn't help but stop and buy one. Most stores in Tokyo Station open around 9:00 AM. Freshly baked, crispy and flaky! It was a real treat.
