Miso Ramen 🍜❗❗❗ I underestimated it! This ramen shop 🍜 in a commercial facility. THE hidden gem 🍜 (Don't hide it, though!) Delicious 😋 You can tell they make their ramen 🍜 carefully. The piping hot miso ramen 🍜, piping hot gyoza, and universally loved delicious fried rice 🍚. This is the only recommendation in this area ✋😋

I was talking about how much I love miso ramen with a strong miso flavor, and a former boss recommended this place to me about three years ago. I finally went there! But the miso and the flavor were both weak, and I couldn't even tell what kind of ramen it was. Hanareki (is it only in Kanagawa because it's part of the Kanachu group?) is much stronger. Also, this kind of noodle, which is so curly that it's hard to get into your mouth, makes me think, "I don't want any more." I didn't finish it and left. Sorry, K-san. It just wasn't my taste. ... I won't tell him that, though. www

The lunch set menu offers three options: fried rice, fried chicken with rice, and char siu pork rice bowl. All are priced at ¥1080. While dumplings are available as a single item, there doesn't seem to be a set option. The image shows the fried chicken set with miso ramen, topped with butter and corn. The soup is made with white miso and has a well-balanced sweetness. It's a perfect richness for lunch, and the abundance of seasonings on the table allows for flavor variations, preventing boredom. I particularly enjoyed the fried onions, garlic (grated), and cheese. The noodles seem to be egg noodles, quite firm and substantial, which might not suit everyone's preference. The fried chicken has a strong marinade, making it perfect for rice. I recommend not adding soy sauce. I got to try a bit of the spicy miso soup my companion ordered, and I think I might prefer that one 🤔. During lunchtime, there's a considerable wait for orders, so it's best to allow ample time. I returned for another visit and tried the char siu pork rice bowl set. The rice portion is quite large, so it's best not to order it thinking it's a mini bowl, haha. The sauce was sweet and thick, but the soft-boiled egg topping with its runny yolk was a perfect match when added to the rice bowl 😀. On my fourth visit, I tried the salt ramen. The noodles were different from the miso ramen, being thinner and more to my liking. The soup was rich and creamy, not just a simple salt flavor, which I really enjoyed. I think I'll be a salt ramen fan from now on, haha.

We ordered the Miso Ramen with a free large serving of seasoned egg, along with dumplings and a chashu rice bowl. My wife had the thick-cut chashu Miso Ramen with a free large serving and dumplings. The ramen was consistently delicious, leaving us completely satisfied. The dumplings were also flavorful, with well-seasoned filling, making them enjoyable even without dipping sauce. The restaurant offers a variety of free toppings on the table, allowing you to customize your ramen and enjoy different variations. It's great that the restaurant has become so popular, but it's a bit sad that it's no longer a hidden gem and now has lines even in the afternoon. It's a bittersweet feeling.

Parking is available (first hour free). You may get 2 hours free depending on your purchase amount. Located on the 2nd floor of a commercial facility that includes Viva Home and the supermarket Bunkado, just a short walk from Toyosu Station. You purchase tickets from a vending machine before joining the queue. If you get a free point card, you can exchange stamps for dumplings or your favorite ramen. If you ask for scallions (¥120) on a separate plate, you'll get more than a whole scallion's worth! Large noodles are also free. The miso ramen has thick, curly noodles. I asked for high cabbage and added garlic, sesame seeds, and other seasonings from the condiment bar. The soup was so delicious I drank it all. The thin salt ramen is also refreshing and delicious.
