KOMEDA is □ The vegan options are… expensive! Haha. I can understand the food prices, but the price of almond milk is just crazy! Haha. I wish they would leverage their corporate power a bit more. ^^ It would be amazing if they could offer delicious, fun, and healthy options. The vegan ham cutlet felt too much like it wasn't meat, so I think they need to put in a bit more effort. The menu is definitely a vegan version of Komeda Coffee. ^^ I'd go back… if… The thing that still bothers me, even on my second visit, is the price of almond milk. Haha.

Located about a 5-minute walk from Tsukiji Station on the Hibiya Line, a 3-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station, and right next to a Toei bus stop, this vegan Komeda Coffee was a place we'd been wanting to try as a family. We finally got to go! While I haven't been to many regular Komeda Coffees, the seating arrangement with the cafe-style chairs and tables felt similar. We went with kids, and while I'm not sure if they have high chairs (it didn't seem like it), they had a good selection of children's books and adult magazines. You order everything through a tablet at each table. The atmosphere is bright and full of greenery, which was very relaxing. The access is great, and the fruit pancakes we ordered were delicious! They used rice flour and wheat flour, and the fries, spinach and banana smoothie were all great too. They even provided us with extra plates. The staff were all very hospitable, and we definitely want to go back!

A Natural Version of Komeda Coffee: KOMEDA is

Just a 3-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station! I visited "Komeda Iz East Ginza", a new type of cafe with a plant-based concept, launched by the well-known "Komeda" in July 2020. Plant-based, a concept gaining attention in recent years, aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, a cause of global warming, by consuming food and dishes made from plant-derived ingredients, promoting health and environmental sustainability. Located on the 1st floor of Matsutake Square, just a short distance from Higashi-Ginza Station, the cafe boasts a stylish exterior with greenery visible from the main street. The interior reflects the concept, creating a natural ambiance with a focus on environmental consciousness, utilizing reused and recycled materials. The "Regenerated Tree" in the center of the cafe, crafted from old lumber used as loading platforms in logistics, stands as a symbol of the establishment. With 68 seats, the cafe offers a variety of seating options, including counter seats for solo diners, boxes for 2-4 people, and table seating, making it suitable for various purposes. During my visit for cafe time, I enjoyed the "Ice Oat Milk Coffee" for ¥750. This coffee drink features oat milk, known as the "third milk" due to its high nutritional value and gentle flavor, gaining popularity in recent years. Its mild and non-offensive flavor allows for smooth and enjoyable consumption. The option to choose between adding or omitting cane sugar syrup (served separately) is a welcome feature. The food menu also offers many tempting options, which I plan to try on my next visit. Thank you for the delicious meal!

This Komeda is stylish with a green theme. It's been a while since I last visited, but have their prices gone up? A sandwich and drink set cost over 2,000 yen? Still, the sandwich was delicious.
