I went to Tully's to kill some time. I love how high the ceilings are and how spacious it is, making it a great place to relax. The seating is also well-spaced, making it a comfortable spot for tea time, breaks, or remote work. This time, I ordered the Acai and Yogurt. It was refreshing and healthy.

The cafe space was very clean and I was able to relax. My first impression upon entering was good, but... I wouldn't recommend it for those who want to stay for a long time. Why? Because the restroom is far away and shabby!! The contrast with the cafe is too drastic. Is it acceptable for a chain cafe to have the restroom only accessible by going down to the basement via an elevator? Not only that, but it's in a dark room at the back of a place that feels like a garbage disposal area, with no one around, which is a bit scary. Even in this day and age, the toilet seat doesn't even have a washlet, let alone a heated seat. It was tough in this weather. If they had a bright and comfortable restroom, even if it wasn't luxurious, either inside the store or right outside, the rating would have been much higher.

I'm a big fan of Tully's for a quick break, and I especially love the atmosphere of this location. It's connected to a flower shop, which gives the cafe a very open and airy feel. The high ceilings and stylish interior are also a big plus. Of course, the menu is the same as any other Tully's, but the ambiance definitely elevates the experience. It's near the Roppongi Crossing, making it a great spot for a cafe break!

This is a cafe located near Roppongi Station. It's a chain cafe with multiple locations, making it very convenient. I appreciate that chain stores consistently provide the same quality and taste. It's great to be able to visit a familiar cafe in a new place or a new cafe in a familiar place without any worries. While exploring the area and deciding where to go can be part of the fun, it's incredibly convenient to be able to quickly enter a cafe when you know what to expect. I often use this cafe for meetings, appointments, and work, and I frequently see others doing the same. They offer both drinks and food, so it's a great option for a quick snack or a full meal. The staff is efficient and friendly, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.

Is a high rating dependent on using the restroom? The atmosphere is good in that sense. It's a bit empty, but is that because of the restroom? I should have gone there to see something scary (laughs).
