dresse grape@Shibuya 8,000-9,000 yen/person Ufuใใจ Yuzu and Prosciutto 880 yen I didn't really taste the yuzu ๐ค The Ufuใใจ is delicious. It can be a bit bland on its own, but the saltiness of the prosciutto is just right when eaten together, so it's good. Sea Bream and Japanese Pear Carpaccio 1,780 yen This was just normally delicious ๐ค I didn't really feel a synergistic effect with the pear, and if I were eating them separately, I would have preferred a thicker slice of pear. Red Shrimp and Oyster, Ahijo Style 2,280 yen The staff pressured me with "Would you like another dish?" and I ordered it thinking "If they insist..." but it was delicious! And it was different from the ahijo I imagined, so it was exciting ๐ The shrimp were quite large, but the oysters were relatively small. Conger Eel Risotto, Curry Emulsion 2,380 yen The risotto is delicious! I love cheese and carbs๐ซถ Venison Roast, Fig and Balsamic 3,280 yen It's quite a large portion! I'm happy that there are many kinds of vegetables as side dishes ๐ The figs are quite finely chopped? and they're dissolved into the sauce. It would look better if they were more prominent! But, if you're going to make it into a sauce, this is the way to go. The balsamic base has a nice accent of sweet fig from time to time. While they push wine, the hand towels have a very nice scent, and the glass charge is listed as 1,100 yen~, so I thought there were several types, but it turned out to be only one ๐ค It might be more fun to order by the bottle. It's always a bit tricky to gauge the portion size at a new restaurant, and when I order based on the staff's recommendations, it's always a bit too much for me ๐ I didn't make it to dessert.
I made a reservation for 5:30 PM on Saturday. While it was listed as a 5-minute walk from the station, I couldn't figure out where that 5 minutes was from based on the map, and due to a meeting, I ended up walking from Hikarie. It took about 15 minutes from Hikarie. We ordered a la carte, and the menu was quite small, making me think I could potentially eat everything! (laughs) All the dishes we ordered were delicious, and the portions were stylishly sized. There was no wine list, and they brought out a few bottles for us to choose from. The price range was 6,800 yen, 7,400 yen, and 8,800 yen. We went with the 6,800 yen orange wine. The clientele was very young, and it seemed like a popular spot, as they turned away several groups who didn't have reservations. It's definitely recommended to make a reservation if you plan to visit.
It was a long-awaited visit. Located in Shibuya, it has a calm and stylish atmosphere, making it a good choice for a casual date. Even on a weekday, the restaurant was almost full, so I recommend making a reservation. The chef's special full course menu is 5,500 yen (tax included). Amuse-bouche: Small roll cabbage with onion puree Cold dish: Duck confit, salad style Warm dish: Ancroute (pie wrapped) Conger eel risotto Main course: Duck with orange sauce Dessert: Strawberry tiramisu
The restaurant's ambiance was lovely, and the manager and staff were wonderful. The food was beautifully presented, like art, and each dish was delicious.
The food was delicious! We were full from the photos we ordered, but the staff asked if we wanted anything else, like a main course. Maybe our portions were smaller than usual. The conger eel risotto was as good as everyone said, the curry-style sauce was a perfect match. The food came out at a perfect pace despite how busy they were, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Thank you for the meal.
