We made a reservation and went there with two people. While the dinner course is good, I recommend choosing from the a la carte menu of the day, which is also fun. We ordered one bottle of wine and three glasses each, and about 5-6 dishes (all for two people). The total was 30,000 yen, and we had a wonderful time. The wine selection is particularly impressive, with rare wines that you can only taste there, making it a truly special place. The interior is small and intimate, but the clientele is good, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. And above all, the staff's attentiveness is exceptional.
My second visit. The food is still delicious. I had the set menu, and the sweetfish scales-on grilled dish was a work of art, both visually and in terms of taste. Next time, I'd like to try different dishes à la carte. They have a wide selection of wines, and you can order by the glass to enjoy with your meal. The apple butter served with the baguette is absolutely delicious, and sometimes they even offer to sell you a jar. You need to check their stock beforehand.
The food and wine were both delicious. The dishes were carefully prepared and the ingredients were stylish and tasty. The small number of seats and the counter seating created a nice atmosphere. I want to try the risotto and dessert next time.
Reservations are recommended! It's definitely more reliable. ^_^ Cash and cards are accepted. It's near a building that looks like a cathedral. 🥹 I went there alone. I always noticed it when I passed by, but it was always full, which made me feel frustrated. 😩 Finally, I was able to go. There were two chefs, and they were very easy to talk to, which I liked. The food was amazing, especially the game dishes, which were incredibly stylish. 🥩 The other dishes were delicious too, of course. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere, and it's totally fine to go alone and sit at the counter. 🙂 The prices were reasonable, even though I overate. 😅 I think a normal amount of food for one person would be around ¥7,000. Definitely go! ✨ The chefs gave me lots of recommendations for other restaurants, and I even got to try their staff meal at the end, which was also delicious! 😂 I want to go back, but I haven't been able to yet. 💦 2024/4/15 Finally went for a second time!🤤 It's still affordable and incredibly delicious, no mistake about it! This time I went with a friend, and we ordered à la carte instead of a set menu. We had two main courses, lamb fillet and Hokkaido deer roast. 😍 Amazing! We also tried the gorgonzola risotto this time, which was delicious... 🥹 This place is a bit hidden, but I love it because of the atmosphere and the friendly, fun chefs. 👌 It's a repeat spot for me. 😁
This bistro is tucked away on a backstreet in Omotesando. It has a casual atmosphere with a focus on the counter, but don't underestimate its skill. It's a renowned establishment serving authentic and traditional French bistro cuisine, inheriting the legacy of the long-standing Madame Toki in Daikanyama. The "Lamb Fillet Provençal Style (Roast)", a specialty of the house, is exceptionally tender. It's worth visiting for this dish alone, but you can also enjoy other classic French bistro fare like rillettes, pâté de campagne, and duck confit, all served in manageable portions that are not too heavy. This versatile restaurant is perfect for dates, solo dining at the counter, or group meals at a table. Hope this helps!
