A specialty dumpling restaurant located on the 3rd floor of Urban Dock LaLaport Toyosu, serving pan-fried and boiled dumplings (with or without garlic and chives), as well as small plates perfect for pairing with drinks. I visited during lunchtime on a weekend, so it was crowded with families. This time, I ordered the 'Pan-fried Dumplings (with garlic and chives) 6 pieces (¥320),' 'Boiled Dumplings (with garlic and chives) 6 pieces (¥320),' and 'Chicken and Egg Rice (¥360).' The dumplings were packed with garlic and chives, piping hot, and had thin, crispy, chewy skins with a generous filling. They were delicious. For this quality, 6 pieces for ¥320 is incredibly affordable.

I went there with my family on a holiday on January 7th, 2024 at 4 PM. As soon as we sat down, the staff started fighting loudly. They were yelling and grappling with each other, while other staff members tried to stop them. The fight was about whether or not they could take a break at that moment. My infant child was scared by the loud noises, so we quickly finished our food and left. The staff didn't bring us napkins or cups unless we asked for them. I went back on January 26th at 2:30 PM to avoid the fighting, choosing a weekday when it was less crowded. I hadn't eaten anything that morning, so I ordered dumplings and tuna and scallion rice at the restaurant. An hour later, I started experiencing food poisoning symptoms. I had severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fever, uncontrollable cold sweats, and intense chills. I was shaking uncontrollably from the cold, even though it was spring. I had to wear winter clothes and wrap myself in a blanket even with the heater set to 30 degrees Celsius, but I was still freezing. My heart was racing, and I became disoriented at times. I was alone with my two infants and couldn't take care of them properly, which was very dangerous. Looking back, I should have called an ambulance immediately, even if I didn't have enough money, to ensure the safety of my children and myself. The tuna's hygiene is questionable, so I recommend avoiding raw food at this restaurant. If you experience food poisoning, you should save your vomit and take it to the hospital for testing. If it's confirmed to be food poisoning, you can file a third-party claim and get your medical expenses reimbursed. If the bacteria causing the food poisoning is identified, the health department will be notified and they will conduct an inspection. You should keep the following items: the food you ate, the food packaging, the restaurant receipt, and your vomit. These will be used to investigate the cause of the food poisoning. This was my first experience with food poisoning. I flushed the vomit down the toilet and tried to recover at home, so I didn't have any evidence to report. However, based on my symptoms and the situation, it was definitely food poisoning. When you're actually experiencing the symptoms, it's hard to think straight, so it's good to keep this knowledge in the back of your mind.

I went for lunch with a friend. The food was delicious as always. The lunch set with the option of garlic or no garlic is a great deal. I love the bean sprouts that used to come with the set. They're boiled bean sprouts topped with minced pork stir-fried with spicy miso. It's the kind of dish that makes you want to have a drink. This time, I just had lunch. Of course, I went with garlic!

I couldn't forget the dumplings I saw on TV earlier, so I went to Gyoza no Fukubukuro Toyosu for some dumplings after shopping. I always thought their dumplings were pretty juicy and delicious, and after eating them again, they were still delicious. The pork and miso bean sprouts are a classic, and I ordered both fried and boiled dumplings. Beer after lunch was delicious. Personally, I wish the dumpling wrappers had a bit more bite. However, the dumplings are cheap here, so I can't be too picky. I think the value for money is among the best in LaLaport. --------------------------------------------------------------- On March 13, 2023, I visited again at my wife's request. I discovered toppings called scallion and ginger, and scallion and garlic, so I ordered them. However, they can't beat perilla leaves. I ordered a lot in a short time again, and I felt like I was being more considerate of the staff than usual. By the way, a lot of the employees here are from overseas and have been working here for a long time. It must be a good workplace. --------------------------------------------------------------- On March 2, 2024, my daughter got accepted into high school the day before, so I asked her what she wanted to eat for Saturday lunch, and she said "dumplings." So we went to Gyoza no Fukubukuro Toyosu for dumplings. We ordered three orders of fried dumplings, boiled dumplings, beer, and cola for my daughter, and toasted. Then, we continued drinking from lunchtime and moved on to highballs. We added fried dumplings and boiled dumplings, and we were full... The dumplings are delicious and it's my favorite place, but it was an affordable celebratory meal for her acceptance. --------------------------------------------------------------- On June 10, 2024, my wife finished work early on a weekday for a change, so we decided to eat out for dinner, and we went to Gyoza no Fukubukuro Toyosu for dumplings, which is nearby. We ordered fried dumplings, boiled dumplings, fried dumplings, cucumbers, pork and miso bean sprouts, pickled mustard greens, braised chicken skin, carrots, and beer from the tablet. The drinks came out super fast, and the beer was ice cold in a mug. My personal preference is for fried dumplings and fried dumplings. You can enjoy the texture of the dumpling wrappers and the juiciness of the filling. The dumplings here are delicious and have great value for money, so I like them and I eat them at LaLaport with a high probability. Dumplings and beer, the perfect combination for early summer. --------------------------------------------------------------- On August 26, 2024, my children were back home for the summer, and my wife and I wanted to eat dinner somewhere, but she was unexpectedly late, so we went to Gyoza no Fukubukuro Toyosu for dumplings and beer for a quick bite. We ordered the usual two orders of fried dumplings, fried dumplings, pork and miso bean sprouts, cucumbers, pickled mustard greens, and perilla leaves as a dumpling topping, and beer. The fried dumplings here have a strong flavor, are juicy, and delicious, and go well with beer. We moved on to highballs and ordered two more orders of fried dumplings. When comparing fried and fried dumplings, the fried ones are juicier and more moist. I thought to myself, "I guess I'll stick to fried dumplings here," and I added another highball and got tipsy. I was satisfied with dumplings and alcohol again today.
