Located within the ticket gates of Tokyo Station, this shop offers takeout and eat-in options for pastries by Pierre Hermé, a legendary pastry chef and superstar in the modern French dessert world. I stopped by for a morning treat before boarding the Shinkansen. The interior is predominantly white, and the product packaging is also white and sleek, giving off a sophisticated vibe. It's a far cry from the Parisian Hermé. The morning service offers a 200 yen discount on coffee or tea when ordered with a croissant, muffin, or other pastry. This time, I had a pain au chocolat for 340 yen and tea for 500 yen, bringing the total to 704 yen after the discount. As expected from a Hermé creation, the croissant was flaky and the chocolate inside was rich and delicious. Incidentally, there was no croissant in the signature "Ispahan" flavor, a combination of rose, lychee, and raspberry that is synonymous with Pierre Hermé Paris. That was a bit disappointing. There are power outlets at the counter seats only. The sofa seats are more comfortable.
Pierre Hermé, a brand with deep ties to Japan, has chosen to open its first store in the country. The Gransta location is a concept shop that combines a café and showcases the best of Japan, aiming to share its excellence with the world. It features a curated selection of food and goods from talented producers across Japan, alongside PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS's signature macarons, chocolates, and baked goods. I ordered a pain au chocolat (¥340), hot coffee (¥500), and a pistachio macaron (¥350). The morning set offers a discount of ¥200 on your choice of bread and a designated drink. The pain au chocolat had a satisfyingly crispy texture and delicious chocolate filling. I also enjoyed the macaron, which was soft and moist. It was a delightful experience.
This coffee is one I crave when I want to savor its clear, rich flavor. It has a tartness that surrounds the core, and for a moment, I felt a spherical, double-layered structure, but it was a long, stylish taste that was delicious. The pastries are known for their deliciousness, but if you enjoy them, this coffee would be a great pairing. It's a well-known name, so it's perfect for those who want both drinks and sweets when looking for a cafe in Tokyo Station. It's a calm and comfortable place to spend time. Thank you. It was a delicious meal.
Wow!! This is seriously delicious!!♡♡ If my company was in Otemachi, I'd get fat www 【Day of Visit】Monday 【Time of Visit】Around 3:55 PM 【Crowdedness】The cafe space was almost full♪ The purchase space also had a few customers ahead♪ 【Menu】Red Bean Cheese Cake @605 【Taste】★★★★★ It was incredibly delicious!!♡♡ My wife and I both had our eyes wide open (´。✪ω✪。`) First of all, it's divine!!♡♡www The balance of flavors is insane! It's as insane as Daisaku (a famous Japanese actor)! The richness of the cheesecake part♡♡ The red bean paste that wraps it with a fluffy sweetness♡♡ It's the best!!♡♡ 【Volume】★★★★★ It's small, but the taste impact is so strong that we were able to share one between two people and it was enough (ง⸝⸝ᵒ̴̶̷ωᵒ̴̶̷⸝⸝)ว 【Service】★★★★★ Very polite♪ While we were waiting in line, they said, "Please wait a moment," They didn't say it, but their "eye contact" conveyed it at a level of communication monster!!♡♡ (I'm praising them w) Even though I only bought one of these tiny things, They prepared a bag and a cooling agent for me (;'ω'∩)モウシワケネエ But, it's nice to have that kind of consideration, isn't it?♡ 【Cleanliness】★★★★★ Super clean♪ 【Cost Performance】★★★★★ Good♡ However, this is only for this product www Other products looked really delicious too, They were expensive, but I want to try them next time♡♡ 【Overall】★★★★★ I want to go again♡♡ But!!! On the way from Tokyo Station to Otemachi, I got lost and wandered into Gransta and found this place, So I might not be able to go back next time. I'm reporting this here! (`・ω・´)キリッ ※This is the opinion of a 40-year-old male company employee with a monthly allowance of 30,000 yen (including lunch money), based on his own judgment and prejudice (๑•̀д•́๑)キリッ
After a business appointment, I took a break with my junior colleague. I had an iced cafe latte and meringue lemon, while my junior colleague bought a chocolate drink and cheesecake. The furniture was functional, but not what I'd expect from Pierre Hermé. The meringue wasn't my cup of tea, but the iced cafe latte was elegant and delicious. My junior colleague let me try a bite of their cheesecake, and I was surprised! It had red bean paste at the bottom, making it a fusion of cheesecake and Japanese sweets. It was delicious! While Pierre Hermé Paris is known for its macarons, they also sell rice, dressing, and soy sauce, which was a bit unexpected. But everything looked so delicious, it's truly a testament to Pierre Hermé's brand. It was a wonderful time spent in a spherical space. It's located in Tokyo Station, so I'll definitely visit again!
