A bakery located in LaLaport Toyosu. I felt that the fillings of the savory and sweet breads were more delicious than the bread dough itself. There is also an eat-in corner, so I think it's very convenient.
A bakery located in LaLaport Toyosu. They have more sweet breads than savory breads. If you eat in, they will warm up the bread you buy. There are also a few terrace seats.
Revisited. I bought a round French bread called "Boule" (small, weighing 140g at ¥189 including tax) and made a giant avocado burger. The ingredients were Donq's Boule, 100% beef patty, melted cheese, tomato, lettuce, avocado, and pickles. A regular baguette weighs 280g, so the small Boule is exactly half the weight of a baguette. A regular burger bun weighs 70-90g, so this is a pretty big bun. Be careful not to dislocate your jaw (~_~;) and take a big bite from the edge! It's delicious! The crust of the Boule is quite hard, as expected from a French bread, and has a lot of chewiness. On the other hand, the inside is packed with a sponge-like texture. I made a meaty patty to match the hard Boule, but the juicy meat juice was caught by the plentiful white dough, so I could enjoy the delicious meat juice until the end. It was a pretty big size, so my stomach was full. My child was just right with half of it. As I wrote in my previous review, most bakeries have sweet bread, savory bread, and bread, but this one has a lot of French bread, and it's very useful for making bread dishes with a little extra effort, like sandwiches and burgers. Payment is possible with credit cards and various QR codes, so you can shop cashless. The following is from the previous review: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Most bakeries have mostly sweet bread, savory bread, and bread, and there are relatively few European-style hard breads like baguettes, and even if there are, they are often sold out by evening. One day, I went to several bakeries looking for a baguette for a sandwich. When I went to this bakery around 3 pm on a weekend, there were still plenty of baguettes and batards (in a display case with a door), which was a relief. The baguette was over 40cm long? and very delicious.
Sharing some awesome breads 👍
