We booked an afternoon tea for my daughter's birthday. We were delighted to be seated by the window with a stunning view. The food was all delicious and beautifully presented, which was truly impressive. The staff were incredibly attentive and courteous. We had a wonderful birthday celebration. Thank you.

The Arita ware is so stylish! The afternoon tea was especially delicious, particularly the sandwiches. Everything was meticulously crafted and delicate. I was so full at the end that I had to really push myself to finish it all. The view of the Skytree across Kasumigaseki and Otemachi was also lovely. However, just like last time, the entrance was a bit tricky to find. 😓

I came here specifically for the afternoon tea, but it was sold out due to prior reservations and I could only have regular tea. It seems you can't get it on the day itself. The staff were very kind, though.

When I tried to make a reservation for afternoon tea in early June, I emailed them directly in April because I was going with a large group. They said they were undergoing renovations and would contact me when reservations opened. However, I never received any communication. In late May, I checked the table availability and found that reservations were open, so I quickly made one. Ultimately, I never received any contact from them, and the day I wanted to make the reservation passed. I felt they were irresponsible. The afternoon tea was better before the renovation, as the stand format allowed for more space on the table. However, the new plates were beautiful. There were many delicious sweets, but I would have liked more savory options to prevent the experience from becoming too sweet. The scones were delicious. It was disappointing that I never received any communication.

The bartender's skill is truly impressive, and the atmosphere is perfect. Spending time listening to live music is very enjoyable.
