A bowl of ramen with a well-balanced aroma of chicken and dried bonito. Located in the Tokyo Station Ramen Street, there was a line of about 10 people even at 8 pm on a weekday. **Restaurant Features:** ☆Offers chicken and dried bonito ramen that is likely to appeal to everyone. ☆Fast service and quick turnover. **Menu Ordered:** ・Special Rich Creamy Ramen - ¥1,150 The soup is clear with a slight brownish hue, making it visually appealing. The first sip reveals a well-balanced flavor of chicken and dried bonito! The light broth is easy to enjoy even for those who don't like dried bonito. The medium-thick noodles are chewy and satisfying. The pork shoulder char siu is meaty! ・Rice - ¥120 This rice goes perfectly with the soup, even more so than the ramen itself! I recommend mixing the soup and char siu together and eating it with the rice. Delicious!

The "Special Rich and Creamy Soba" is said to be an unmovable staple, made with a rich chicken broth combined with several types of dried bonito. The soup is indeed rich and flavorful, but I found it a bit too salty for my taste 😅. The thick, creamy texture clings well to the noodles. Recommended for those who enjoy rich flavors ☝️.

While their specialty is the rich and creamy "torori soba", I opted for the chashu ramen as I was craving something lighter. The simple, dried bonito-based broth was delicious. The chashu was quite fatty, which I enjoyed, but it was sliced very thinly, making it quite different from the picture on the storefront. The thin slices were easy to eat, but the photo was definitely over-exaggerated in terms of volume. If it weren't for that, I would have given it 4 stars.

While the broth had a strong dried bonito flavor, it was too salty for me. I started to get tired of it about halfway through and didn't want any more. Of course, I left all the soup. They had things like garlic, spicy miso, vinegar, and chili pepper for flavor variations, but adding anything to something already salty just made it even saltier. They said it was a ramen that goes well with rice, but I think it's more accurate to say it's a ramen you can't eat without rice. I didn't order any rice, so I just drank a lot of water. Also, even though it wasn't full, they put water in cups for the next customers when a seat became available. I think it's not very hygienic to leave them out like that, as they'll get dusty. Well, everyone has different tastes, so I'm sure some people like it.

We were able to get in with a group of four around 4 PM on a weekday without waiting in line. The "Noko-toro-ri Soba" (thick and rich soba noodles) for ¥950 was a bit too salty for my taste. The "Chuka-soba" (Chinese-style ramen) for ¥900 was easier to eat. The "Aburi Chashu Meshi" (seared roast pork rice) for ¥370 was decent. It was nice that they offered two types of garlic for toppings.
