A high-end French pastry shop, originally a chocolatier. They have a small eat-in area, so there was a bit of a wait, but I was able to try their "Ginza Monburin." The base, a mélange, was different from the cheap ones you usually find. It wasn't grainy, but melted in your mouth with a pleasant firmness, making it delicious. The chestnut flavor was also strong, giving a real chestnut taste, which I enjoyed. They also sell chocolates, baked goods, and jellies, all of which looked delicious. I'd definitely visit again.

This is a famous pastry shop in Ginza run by Chef Tsujiguchi, known for its exquisite sweets. It has even won awards at Salon du Chocolat. The focus is on chocolate, but the cafe in the back also offers drinks and desserts. This time I only had iced coffee (with chocolate), but there were so many other things I wanted to try. I thought it might be a bit pricey, but considering the location and the fact that it came with chocolate, it was reasonable. 🍫 The takeout options were even more affordable.

The eat-in area has both counter and table seating. I sat at the far right end of the counter. I went there at 11 am on a weekend, and it wasn't crowded right after opening, but it gradually got busier. I ordered the "Ginza Monburin", which was what I was looking forward to. The ice cream inside could be chosen from three flavors, so I went with the rum vanilla. The Mont Blanc was a large size, with about three whole chestnuts inside, making it quite substantial (it filled me up even though I had eaten breakfast). It was so big that it took a while to eat, but since it had ice cream inside, I ate it quickly to avoid it melting. I went alone, so I could focus on eating and finished it all before it melted completely. The price was 3800 yen with a drink, but I think it would be easier to repeat if it were a bit smaller and around 2800 yen. As more people came in and orders piled up, it seemed like it would take a while to get the drink set order. So, it might be better to go when you have plenty of time.

A delicious chocolate shop in Ginza. I don't want to tell too many people, but there's a cafe in the back of the store. And the sweets here are amazing. I especially recommend the freshly squeezed 'Mont Blanc.' The price is Ginza-level, but it's so delicious it will make you cry! Ugh... writing this review makes me crave their Mont Blanc so badly. I'm going to drop by soon! ♪

A chocolate shop located about a 5-minute walk from Ginza Station. It has a display case and you can eat inside the shop. 🍫 ❀Tart Chocolate Set ¥1,400 - It takes about 20 minutes to bake after ordering. - The warm, delicious aroma is impressive. - The tart crust on the outside is crispy and firm! - The chocolate inside is smooth and fluffy! - Sweet and delicious ♡ - A little salt is sprinkled on top, and the sweet and salty contrast is addictive ❤️‍🔥 - The cream is not too sweet. - The tart is hard, so it's a challenge to eat it. w - The set comes with iced coffee (with sugar and milk). The staff were also kind, and I had a wonderful time ☺️ I want to try the monburin next! The eat-in seats are 2 people x 3 sets, and a counter for 4 people. Payment methods include cash, credit cards, PayPay, and aupay. The price is a bit high, so I'm giving it one star less 💦
