I discovered this place through a feature in Hanako magazine and ordered online, picking it up in person. The strawberry shortcake, a 6-inch (18cm diameter) cake, cost ¥10,690. It came with a reusable cooler bag for carrying it home. The cake had a strong, delightful homemade feel. Since it was a pre-order, it felt like it was made fresh right before I picked it up. It had a kind of freshness that reminded me of homemade treats or something made fresh while waiting at a friend's house. As a huge fan of sweets, especially whipped cream, I found the cream here to be subtly sweet and flavorful. The strawberries were also not very tart, which made me wish they had a bit more acidity. The sponge cake was firm but not dry, and it had a rich flavor. The overall balance was excellent, and it was relatively light. I ate a quarter of it and still felt like I could have eaten more. The price is a bit high, so I can't buy it often, but I think it would satisfy any shortcake lover.

The mermaid illustration on their cooler bags is adorable!💕 I often use this shop for birthday celebrations, Christmas, and gifts.✨

I ordered a birthday cake with extra strawberries! It was generously filled with cream. It had a rich texture, but melted beautifully in my mouth. You could really tell it was a special cake! I ate some the next day, and the flavors had mellowed even more, making it even tastier. We had a 5-inch cake for three people, and it was more than enough. When I picked up the cake, I arrived earlier than my reservation time due to my own schedule, but the staff was very kind and accommodating, which I really appreciated.

I bought a birthday cake for a friend. When I arrived at the scheduled time, after checking the cake, they started the packaging process, which took significantly longer than at a typical bakery. The cake had a soft, light cream and a gentle sweetness. You could tell they used high-quality ingredients. They seem to be particular about their seasonal fruits, but the strawberries I bought in February weren't very sweet and were a bit disappointing.
