I visited the Harajuku store for the first time! The interior was adorable, and the selection of products was more extensive than other stores, which really lifted my spirits. ✨ KAREN greeted me warmly and provided excellent customer service. She has a deep knowledge of the products! She was very skilled at suggesting products tailored to my skin type, taking into account my previous experiences with other products, and helping me find the best items for me. It really reinforced the idea that consulting with knowledgeable staff is the best approach. 😊 Thanks to KAREN, I had a truly enjoyable and fulfilling shopping experience. ◎ I'm going to start using the products right away! ♪

I wanted to try a product I had used at another store, and since I happened to be in Harajuku, I stopped by. I wasn't planning on getting an explanation since I just dropped in, but the staff member who approached me was so enthusiastic and passionate about the products that I was able to understand the differences between them. I also want to try other products now. It's true that you can trust someone with a lot of knowledge. Thank you. I like LUSH because it's moisturizing and leaves my skin dewy. Gaku, the staff member, was absolutely amazing! He gave me great advice on my vague questions, so I ended up choosing based on his recommendations. I was a bit worried about trying out the BiG hair care products for the first time, but they gave me a sample of the conditioner because it might be a bit drying. It turned out to be a perfect match! Plus, it smells incredible! I'm going to buy the "American Cream" soon, haha. The BiG itself is great, and my hair feels smoother and easier to manage. I think it even helped control the scent of my scalp after working out! The massage bar I got is the MG Golden Sleep one, which has magnesium in it, which is really appealing. I was having trouble deciding on a scent, but the staff explained it so well based on the different uses, it was super easy to understand! I'm going to get a good night's sleep tonight, zzz. Hello! 🥺 I always stop by this shop whenever I travel, but this time I was introduced to the bath bombs by a staff member named Maho and decided to browse the store! While looking around, a staff member named Rio asked if I was looking for anything specific. I told her about my skin concerns, and she kindly guided me through the products step by step, which helped me purchase everything I needed. She was incredibly helpful and perfectly addressed my skin concerns! Another staff member named Hyunha enthusiastically helped me find my favorite scent and recommended so many great products that I left the store with my hands full. I was so happy to meet such kind staff in Japan. Thanks to them, I had a wonderful experience! Thank you so much. ♥️♥️♥️ I love LUSH Harajuku! 🥺🥺🥺🥺 If you come to Harajuku, you absolutely must visit! I visited today because I wanted to buy a body scrub. Everyone was so kind, and the atmosphere of the store was great. I want to visit regularly. I am especially grateful to Chika for her excellent customer service ♡ The massage bar she recommended seems like it will be very useful 😆 I was also happy to receive samples!
